Been a rough week for us Ravens fans but it's time to get back to football! Let's beat those Steelers!
@Alaska I could give a hoot 'n nanny about the NFL itself. Let's do this Thursday night and show the world who we are!
Amen!
They're my team and I'm sticking with them! You should too.
Broncos are loading up - Peyton's last gasp?
Thanks, Ware is 13 million, Talib has to be 10 mill, and Ward close to 10 as well. Do you know if Chris Harris is a FA. He is better then Corey Grahm IMHO.
No I don't think Harris is a FA. The talk was about him & Talib being "reunited" in Denver.
Bottom line for them was they realized that even if a quarterback can lead a subpar postseason defense to a Superbowl (gee, I wonder what kind of QB can do that), it's not going to be Peyton Manning.
buh bye Kubiak. Thanks for sticking to your word like a man of integrity ...oh wait...Thanks for waiting to interview on a holiday weekend so you could drag it out for 5 days! That was sooooooo considerate of you! Whatever. Sorry Joe & the offense. Keep on hanging in there.
....lol...yeah thanks Kubs...let's hope you can handle it in Denver...oh...it's very foolish of you...
It is what it is. He's there. He did it for his family. Its a business. Loyalty is still practiced in the fan base and military. We go on. Now Mr. Trestman will be the hot seat target for many of you.
C'mon Ozzie! Bring Ed Reed back home!
Congratulations to Joe & Marlon for NSN Moment & Pepsi Rookie of the Week! You'd think BR.com would have a little somethin' somethin' about it huh?
Big ups!!!
It took me a bit to find out who won on that site too! Have to give props to RSR for finding it.
Wish I had known. Cool. Had it posted in one of topics under 'NFL Best Franchise'.
Congratulations to the Seattle Seahaws on their first Lombardi! HA! @ all the Peyton love!
Dean Pees got called out for the "most horrific play calling ever seen" by all the pundits today. So the Pees lovers' can stop telling us how wrong we are to blame him because they play some ball on weekends or played some ball in their glory days.
Dear NFLN & ESPN, Just a reminder, that Joe Flacco went through Peyton & Brady on his way to a SB MVP before Luck. Oh and he did it AFTER beating Luck. Just seems like you've forgotten that while you act like Luck will be the first to take down those 2 QBs if he wins this weekend. Sincerely, A Ravens' Fan
Your correction has to be sent to the proper sources.
you know flacco will disappear from the media and suddenly luck will be the first qb to do this that and the other. next year joes just gonna come out and do his job and then break records once the playoffs roll around and all the hype will swirl again
Dear ST. Louis fans, I empathize. And to think this is the 2nd time for you !
It was also the second time for Baltimore back in 1984.
As part of the AAFC-NFL Merger that added the Browns and the 49ers, the Green and Silver Colts joined too. They folded in 1950 and the band rehearsed for 3 years without a team. The Comissioner of the NFL challenged the City to sell a certain amonth of season tickets and they met that goal with a month to spare and the Dallas Texans team that was bankrupt moved here to become the next version of the Colts.
Didn't want Kubiak to see the SB because he went back on his word. Lesser of three evils & all that though: TY Denver! Now take down the evil Patriots!
He went back on his word, that might not mean anything to some people but it says a lot to me. I'm not even bitter he's gone, I don't want someone here who wants to be somewhere else.
My choices in order
1. Cardinals
2 Panthers
3. Broncos
4. Patriots
^same here
Does anyone else think Peyton may be done?
I do, but then, I don't. Would have burned Pats fans to no end if Peyton came in there and ended their season.
Peyton's done but I think he'll try to chase his brother's second ring for one more season. Wouldn't be surprised if his ailing body gets carted into retirement next year.
Can any of you sit through a PManning commercial? I leave the room for food or switch to History channel.
Don't care who it is but listen up NFL teams! Save us from the G.O.A.T. talk about this cheating Patriots club! Please!
What>??
lol They're all going on and on about how this NE team could be the Greatest of All Time.
Like I said somewhere else on this forum, I'll spend the remainder of this season focusing all my energy on rooting against NE. They simply must not repeat, I'd take ANY team over them (Steelers and Bengals included)!
Ebay man, ebay. You can find anything there. Or, hmmm...Gamestop might have them pretty cheap. Not sure if they have them anymore though. Always loved Sonic. Used to play that game to death with my daughter lol
ESPN still proving what a joke they've become. Shame.
The day Berman retires is the day the albatross gets off their back
Got to say Bayless and SA Smith are un watchable
Bayless makes mad bank spouting utterly insane nonsense.
Every year at this time: The Boards go crazy as people leave. NFLN declares the Ravens done. They've lost too many pieces. ESPN says we're no longer a playoff team. Then, Ozzie does his thing ![]()
ravens fan sing doom and gloom more than the talking heads, i swear, every single year we do this, and a majority of the fans act like the eagles fans are acting this year. have you all not learned yet?
I just read we're expected to have 12 picks. Dang! Can't wait for the draft.
i have a feeling we are absolutely gonna nail this draft, and with our cap situation looking solid for next year i think we will be set for another 4-5 year run at bringin home some more hardware
For those who wanted us to give Gregory a shot - he failed to make it through practice today.
From ESPN: "The 2015 NFL WR draft class may do more than just match last season's historic group -- it may eclipse it altogether:" Just putting it out there.
@joeyflex It's hard to see anyone being better than Odell. He really had a historic rookie season. I agree that that this draft has more depth, but I'd take Jordan Matthews over anyone in the second this year.
i was obsessed with jordan matthews last year, but i certainly like both dorsett and agholor more. and that ones up for debate but man amari cooper is just so good, he is like the cj mosley of wr's, football just comes so naturally for him and there just isnt one area where he doesnt have elite talent(maybe besides his height)
Thanks guys for all the opinions! I don't follow college football so I do love hearing everyone's thoughts on the draft prospects.
