49ers Retirement List: Marcus Lattimore, Patrick Willis, Chris Borland, Justin Smith, Anthony Davis
Wonder if I'm the only one who likes the Extra Point being moved back. With this passing league, I was positive the Kicker position would turn into a dying a breed and be phased out. Now the NFL just put emphasis on having a good Kicker and made it more important of a position for the full 60 minutes, not just parts of the game.
This year might be our best shot we have had at Home Field Advantage. Steelers, Patriots both have secondaries that are questionable. Br*dy is suspended first four games. Denver is praying Manning's arm can hold up through the season. That just leaves us.
On paper right now: Offense = potent. Defense = stifling. ST = masterful. Let's hope it all transfers to the field!
Love what I'm reading about Boyle! "Fifth-round pick Nick Boyle brings a lot of size to the tight end position. He was one of the rookies who didn't seem overwhelmed. In fact, Boyle showed his fellow first-year players where to line up a couple of times before the snap."
Crazy all these allegations over a few extra foot-pounds of pressure - Jack Nicholson on the Ray Rice case
If Pitta can return healthy, with the addition of Perriman, and we avoid injuries in the secondary, for once in our 20 seasons, we'll have a balanced team that is deadly on both sides of the ball.
So which player is taking Ngata's place on the ticket?

Here I was at work excited that we extended Jimmy's contract, only to come on the boards to see ppl whining about the $$$. As if he was gonna get paid any less elsewhere.
I'm pulling a Brett Favre.... I'm back.
Alright, so last year the Steelers finished above us in the Division, neither of us made the playoffs and they picked before us. This year they won the freakin' Division and are STILL picking before us. Somewhere it isn't right lol
From ESPN: "The 2015 NFL WR draft class may do more than just match last season's historic group -- it may eclipse it altogether:" Just putting it out there.
don't get me wrong love how we go defensive in the draft cuz i play on defense and very prideful about it, but when it comes to the team, we really gotta focus on giving Joe weapons. CB and Pass rusher is not a need. Thats not me saying we'll draft a day 2 prospect in the first round, but that trading back could make more sense for our needs.

I won't be surprised if Ozzie decides to go DT in the first. Macolm Brown could be there or Eddie Goldman and both are fantastic players that would fit very well in our defense.
Whew! Didn't take as long as I thought and I come back to Matt Schaub?
After years on this board, I'm going to retire from the forums. Have fun with the Draft and the 2015 season.

the ravens portion of my half sleeve is finished, its siiiick
I am starting to get a little impatient and annoyed with the front office because I know Ozzie is a great GM and all, but they have had several opportunities to sign some quality defensive players and are letting them go to division rivals (Tramon Williams) I just want them to fill defensive holes and draft offense. I don't want to anticipate the draft and then have them take a pass rusher or DL or CB in the first round when they could have filled these holes better in FA. We need playmak...
Greg Jennings anyone?
