  1. No! Not Will Hill! Webby and Weddle it is I guess. Ball skills and coverage is more needed than hard hits and run support.

  3. Hate to see the Panthers in the SB: Cam is arrogant & a show boater, the defense is dirty & gets away with it & it is going to suck for SSS. Go Denver!

Did I mention celebrations? However, to answer your question, at times I do find Tucker's to be over the top given the situation. Kicking a game winner? No. Every kick? Yes.

  4. Pats are out. Now all that's left is for the Panthers to retire Peyton w/ a 1-3 SB record.

At least Peyton has class. Cam does not. Not a fan of Elway, mad at Kubiak for going back on his word but can't stand people that don't know how to act when they win.

Did Lewis & our defense rip down banners belonging to fans, crumple them up and throw them away? I am not talking about the banter that goes on between teams, that happens no matter who it is. AS for dirty, if I saw one of our players kick a guy 3 times while he was lying on the ground, yep, I'd call that dirty too. You never earn the right to be a poor winner and that is what Cam is. That old saying: act like you've been here before - advice he should heed.

Why would you root for the Panthers? If for no other reason than it will be heartbreaking for SSS.

  7. Wow. We lost Austin. We lost Monachino. Now the man Ozzie swore had a place here when he retired, we let go to the Bills. But, we still have Mr. Mediocre. Just great.

  8. Alabama had to win the championship didn't they? I can see it now. With the Sixth overall Pick in the NFL Draft.. The Ravens Select, A'Shawn Robinson DT Alabama.

Ozzie does love him some Alabama players but I sincerely hope we fill some needs with the top picks.

  9. So is Marvin Lewis on the hot seat now? in 12 years of being the Cincy head coach he still has not won a playoff game and now their are question marks as to whether he can control the team at all. Over the past few years some people have said he should get fired because his Bengals have run straight into a wall, even with Dalton they can't win a playoff game. Perhaps a coaching change is in store for them.

  10. As much hate as I have for both teams- that had to be the best, most action packed wildcard game I've ever seen. unbelievable.

  11. Cinci choked again ... Burfuct is a thug ... Hill coughed the game up ... Porter had no business being on the field ... Oh well the Bengals still doing what the bengals do

  12. Hope everyone is prepared for yet another defensive nightmare next season. FO has lost it. Letting Austin & now Monachino walk to keep Mr. Mediocre around. smh

  13. Steelers or Cincy? What's your poison?

@BmoreBird I agree. Cincy losing yet again is only good if Dalton starts IMO.

I'm still torn about it. Honestly I don't see Steelers getting past Denver. They don't play well there.

  15. silver linings for this Debacle of a season? 1) #6 draft pick 2) 3rd place scheduling next year 3) extra month of rest not bein in the playoffs 4) realizing changes need to be made;no more short cuts. any others?

Depends on what we do with that draft position. Do we actually fill needs this time?

Not exactly an easy schedule as we face the AFC East next year. Only an easier 2 games.

  17. I am A-OK with the #6 spot, didn't expect that after beating the Steelers.

Our needs are too great. Others' cast-offs (as we clearly saw this year) aren't going to get it done.

BPA is fine in later rounds but going BPA in the early rounds is part of how we ended up here.

BPA needs to go out the window for the first 3 picks - we have needs that have to be met. BPA should only apply in relation to those needs.

Ugh a game I hate both teams. Wanted Pitt to go to KC to be honest. Then could root for the Bengals & Pitt to get bounced.

  21. I'll get it started...... Bring Pagano home this off season. Our defense needs a make over and it's time to make it #ChuckStrong once again.

Well I really don't care if Pagano was a good HC or a bad one. Any scenario that brings him in as our DC I'm all for it! lol

He has said he'll retire. If he chooses to keep working, could probably get another HC gig somewhere else. But I would love to see him come back as our DC.

  24. Our depth at WR is going to make training camp interesting next year. Aiken & Marlon Brown are RFA so they will be back. Daniel Brown, Jeremy Butler and Chris Matthews are ERFAs. Givens being the only UFA WR. Plus Clay is a ERFA so for another two years we get a low costing yet great returner.

    1. ravensdfan

      ravensdfan

Well hopefully Marlon does go somewhere. We are nowhere near set at WR.
