    I get it.. it's all business, but I'm really sad to see JJ gone. The man REALLY wanted to be a Raven. Even left abandoned a meeting w/ the Giants last season. I hope he retires a Raven.

      I guess my point was that if Flacco had done exactly what Brady did - you can bet your bottom dollar he would not have received that MVP. Jacoby would have. Brady got that award because he is Brady despite the fact that he threw 2 INTs which were the primary reason they needed that 4th quarter comeback.

      Either way, to even entertain the idea that the guy who threw 2 INTs, which were pretty costly and part of the reason they even needed that 4th quarter come-back is on the same level as the guy who threw zero INTs is absurd.

      There are a lot of great QB performances in SBs. QBR is the made-up ESPN stat. QB rating is what has been used for eons.

      Brady's rating was 101. Flacco's was 124. There are about 5 in the 140 range, two in the 150 range and then about 4 to 5 in the 110 to 119 range. There is a logjam at Brady's rating of 101. Quite a few.

      Not QBR, QB rating. And it is more like bottom 25. Bear in mind that group is mixed and he is at the top of it.

      Because if Flacco had thrown 2 INTs that game, no matter the win, no matter how many TD passes he threw, it WOULD have gone to Jacoby but Flacco didn't throw any INTs so there is the inherent difference between the two.
