  1. I can't even begin to describe how disappointed I am in this organization right now. At least during the Cam years we were making the playoffs. But to keep Pees here after the defensive debacle of his entire tenure, now with the season over, cannot be excused.

I think we have to take in consideration that firing Pees doesn't mean everything will get better. There's high chance that everything will get worst and it's not like The Ravens have bunch of positon coaches that have alot of defensive coordinator experience. It was major risk when they fired Cam but honestly firing Pees only assures pleasure to Ravens fans more so to winning games.

Firing him gives us a chance to see what any promotion from within can do BEFORE the run on coaches that occurs each end of season. We will then be ready to make a move if necessary. Firing him shows that the FO is not actually clueless as well. It can't get any worse.

I doubt Harbaugh mindset is beyound this season at the moment. To toy with coordinators just to see what you have isn't always a good idea. If The Ravens fired Pees now or after this season i doubt any potential coordinator wouldn't want to be apart of organization. The Ravens have strong track record when it comes to defensive coordinators getting jobs else where as a head coaches and etc.
