      yeah figure that as well. Don't think the settlement has anything to do with his cap hit.

      we guaranteed him a certain amount of money, a guarantee is a guarantee, and those guarantees werent on the cap hits previously, so they have to count against us at some point. i see no possible way that we avoid the 9m cap hit
