Honestly, it was a FA WR that got us a SB win (Anquan Boldin). Because of that, I'm definitely not against reliable veteran FAs. Rather have a proven vet at receiver than an unproven rookie. As I said before, free agency is still open and I know we're gonna bag someone before the season starts!
Boldin was an exception to the rule - as was Mason. TJ, Evans (oh and Boldin had a drop that cost us a playoff game as well, prior to that SB run)Stokely. There are more but you get the exception part.
Steve Smith and Owen Daniels are not Lee Evans and Dallas Clark, are you going to ignore the addition of Zuttah and return of KO? losing Oher is a huge gain for us too as you probably can't get worse.
