Apparently DeMaurice Smith is upset with the way Goodell has dealt with Irsay. He says:
"I think what troubles our players is the speed and the deliberateness of punishment that they have seen in the past when it comes to a player. There isn’t the same speed or deliberate action when it comes to an owner, and that’s a problem."
I don't see what Smith is so upset about. Other than with the Daryl Washington incident Goodell has been fairly consistent with how he choses to hand out punishments so far this offseason.
In the past Goodell has frequently given out swift penalties, but this offseason he seems to prefer waiting for the facts to develop. He has done that with both owners and players.
Can anybody tell me what's going on here?

Is it a Christmas tree?
Better.
Something with cats and Christmas trees
Well congratulations! You may now select the mystery prize!
I think we know what you just Googled...
What do you think I googled?

To quote this post for a 2nd time:
That club has now only 3 people: PuRock, ER20, an JO_75. PuRock is the only member of the 30,000 post club. I would say this about that great group of posters:
"Those who stand [in that club] now deserves the love and thanks of man and woman."
+35 if you can tell me, without looking it up, who that quote was from.
