We don't have quite that much. We're sitting at $4.3M.
OK then. It seems we could still afford him though.
I'd take Flowers if given the opportunity. I think that the Ravens could afford the signing; we have close to $7 million in cap space. If we were to bring him in it would probably be a good depth move.
We re-registered as Mod 2, Mod 3, etc. Back then the software didn't allow name changes so we had to start over.
What was your previous name?
I was the second person to sign up, but I lost all my history (and thousands of posts) when we went generic. :-(
What's that mean?
I watched a few episodes of the Simpsons last night. They were more weird than funny.
shaik
I meant, you said Newton had only had three good years and thus isn't worthy of a deal like kaep , but kaep isnt even worth the deal yeat because he hasn't even played 3 years worth of games, let alone three good years.
Kap played better than Newton last year.
kaep hasn't even played 3 seasons worth of games.
I meant Newton.
Is he honestly less deserving than Kaepernick at this point? I think not. But doesn't he have 2 years on his rookie contract?
I'll admit that it's close. Luck is a bit more turnover-prone than Kaepernick though, and that's really all that bothers me. And yes, he does still have 2 years left on his rookie contract, as I stated earlier. But if he plays his best football yet in 2014 it could be enough for an extension.
Caaaaaaam
whooooooaaaa Caaaaaaaaaaaam
He's had three good seasons so far in his career. I don't think he's worthy of a Kap deal yet, but if he makes significant improvements this season he could warrant that type of contract.
Luck still has 2 years left on his rookie deal. He has played well in his first 2 seasons in the NFL, and if he improves on that I could see him having no problem getting a Kaepernick-type deal. I thought that Luck's 2013 season was actually slightly better than Kap's anyway.
Wait a second.....you're not even at 10,000 posts yet..
GETOUT NOOB
True but I've been on the boards for longer. Watch your attitude CHILD.
You know I'm not serious.
Please keep your mindless spam to yourself. It offends me on a deeply personal level and adds nothing of value to the boards.
+47 for rudeness. Just because you're one of the elite 10k+ posters doesn't give you an excuse to me an

Only in the dump thread!!!
That thing has already been memed and giffed to the moon.
Must...post...gif meme...cannot go much longer...must post it...not allowed...
Because you keep posting...

This guy just doesn't get it.
If anything I thought that the above post would mean that I did get it, because I was holding the 10K club to a higher standard.

1) Please increase your font size. Thanks.
2) We probably wouldn't have to pay him for than 2-3 million dollars a year. According to rmw10 we have $4.3 million in cap space, and so we should be able to afford him unless it comes down to a bidding war with a team that has room to burn.
3) Here are 7 teams that NFL.com has listed as the most likely landing spots for Flowers. The Ravens aren't on the list, but I still think we can make it work.
