Boldin is a more go up and grab it guy. Smith is a better route runner and still faster with equal hands. Smith was always more talented then boldin but as of right now boldin might be a bit more useful..depends really..if steve smith is in the best shape he can be he is and always was better then boldin

What CBs are available? Sam Shields, Alterraun Verner & Captain Munnerlyn all signed deals.

Honestly, between Smith, Webb, and Jackson/Brown, we can have 3 decent CBs on the field.  We should look to the draft to fill our remaining CB needs.

Jones is a play maker. His 4 or 5 game changing plays each year have been the difference in some games from winning and losing.

What is the breakdown of his contract? I suspect it's back loaded and we'll drop him in 2 or 3 years.

We don't have a well rounded TE as it is, so adding Daniels would not change that.  Are you saying you would rather see us pass on Daniels and grab someone else (FA or draft) who is well rounded?

I would be all for this.  We would have to get Daniels on the cheap, especially after Pitta's deal.  But Daniels might want to be under Kubiak and Flacco - he could really thrive.  We could have the best TE tandem in the league.

If you don't think Monroe is one of the top 15 LTs in the league today then you clearly have the intent to provoke others, post false information, enjoy starting arguments, or you're a Browns fan.  He's not the best LT but if you watched any film on him then you know he is a valuable asset to have on this team.
