  1. This is my happy face.
  2. Congratulations to the Orioles on the AL East Pennant! and congratulations to you unwavering fans on the boards! Best of luck in the playoffs!

  3. We cannot change the past, but if we let it, it can change us. But if we stand together, we can help to forget it ever happened.

  4. Oh, Co, how I will miss you. *l* You can talk to me. Hit me up via email, I'll give you my cell number. Thanks to all the Mods for allowing me to use this as a farewell thread and keeping my posts up. This will be the last one. Stay strong Ravensnation. Mods, stay even stronger. Much love.
  5. Crush, it was always fun and delightful to talk with you too, buddy. Stay in touch. I corrected my email address above. Underscore, not a period. *l* I-70, thank you so much for your kind words. This was a pleasant surprise to see this morning. I may not have got to know you through these forums, but you too are more than welcome to keep in touch as well. Again, thank you for the kind words. They are greatly appreciated.
  6. I just wanted to formally wish everyone adieu. I've had a lot of personal reasons that've kept me away, those close to me know the skinny. The PR nightmare this week was kind of the tipping point. Like everyone else, I've got my own personal opinion of how things went, regardless of the official statements trying to save face in lieu of the evidence. That being said, I gave this some deep thought and with my strong beliefs, I simply can no longer support the NFL or any other organizations therein. I have enjoyed my time here, happy to call many of you friends. For all those interested in keeping in touch or just checking in from time to time, you can reach me at: malkavian_raven@yahoo.com Take care and best wishes to you and yours. Peace, Love & Applesauce, Aaron
  7. Like Bigfoot, I'm making a rare and unexpected visit. What's new? Nothing. Just tons of personal stuff. Hope everyone is doing well. Congrats!
  8. The HOFF!!! +35
  9. Found it!
  10. -wishes he was on a first name basis and cool too-
  11. I know, I know. You keep reminding me.
  12. Make me a mod, I ain't scurred! I'll use this name, or whatever name I just so happen to be using at that particular time. I ain't running! I ain't hiding. I'll say it to your face. I swear I will.
  13. - glad he got overlooked - I try.
  14. I can see your point, though. I guess, either way, I wouldn't be surprised. Nor would I be surprised if Washington doesn't start looking for their next franchise quarterback in the next couple of years.
  15. I don't see Dalton, Newton or RGIII getting any big deals. Dalton can get you to the playoffs, but don't expect anything out of him come post-season. Newton, while's got the numbers and the wins, Carolina just won't have the money to do so (unless they start gutting the team around him). RGIII, I'm sorry - but the guy, in my opinion, is lucky he can even still play after continuing to play with multiple knee sprains. The only other two I can see are Luck & Wilson and they are both shoe ins, as far as my opinion goes. Wilson, very quietly, acquired a Super Bowl ring.. and Luck, in time, I'm sure he'll have more than his fair share of rings as well.
  16. - wonders if that is Gene from work reborn as a kitteh -
  17. I will never understand why cats have such a propensity for sitting on those things. *LOL*
  18. No need to thank me. You're welcome.
  19. I'm starting to think there is nothing special about The 10,000 Club. At 5,000, I was told you could change your title and that feature has since been removed. Now, I'm being told there are "secrets" revealed when you reach 10,000... ...please Daddy, can I have just one more story before bed? With a little more effort, I could be part of this club telling ninnies like me to keep out by the end of the regular season. I need to go take some more SAM vitamins.
  20. Possible strong language warning... http://youtu.be/Ucq_34LIXaI
  21. If you haven't heard by now, T3hRaven and I are quite fond of "Sherlock" - they finally got Season 3 on Netflix as well. Each episode is a movie in itself (90-minutes each). So, while you could watch all three seasons in a day (3 episodes each season), it's better to take your time with them. Two other series I've watched, and because I'm more of a 90s TV guy: "The X-Files" and "24". Aside from those, I haven't watched many series all the way through on Netflix; mostly crap movies. "Rubber" is a good movie.
  22. Broadcaster: "We're being told that we are going to cut to a more competitive game, thanks for watching!" <"Hunger Games" comes onto the screen>
  23. Not looking good? ... After this, the NBA is going to implement a mercy rule.
  24. As one of my favorite movies, "Planes, Trains & Automobiles" once said... You're going the wrong way!
