  1. Oh no we are becoming the Cleveland Browns!!!!!!!!!!
  2. I feel that our team is blessed with this very talented kicker, but if you think about that record for a minute our offense is stalling on scoring drives which is resulting in field goals. We need more TDs not field goals!!!!!!!!!!!! Lets finish these drive and put the ball in the end zone!!!!!!!!
  3. I was a fan here in in the mid 70s when the then Baltimore Colts had a miserable 2 and 12 season the very next year they started 1 & 4 and went on to win 9 games in a row, they won the division, so it can be done. The Ravens have to start playing hitting on all cylinders soon or the season could be lost.
  4. How many times have we won the division during John H era, we're always playing second fiddle to the Bengals or Steelers!! That makes me sick!!!!!!!
  5. With Terrell Suggs down and no Ed Reed, or Ray Lewis, and Haloti Nagta all gone it seems the Ravens have lost their core players that have held things together for so long. The veteran leadership has now dwindled away and with no one to step up and assume the role the team is losing their focus. You have a bland group of players now playing vanilla football. Someone needs to step up it should be Joe but he said he wasn't going to do it.
  6. I haven't seen any other QB in the league throw that many lob passes in the end zone as he has. If this is what Trestman is coaching than it needs to change.
  7. Maybe they ought to start looking for basketball type receivers with long arms and good hands for the end zone that can catch overthrows, short throws, and jumpballs from Joe, these lob throws are getting ridiculous!!!
  8. There's one new good target for Joe, I think Gilmore will only get better as the season goes on. They said he worked really hard in the off season and it shows, and a little competition with Williams doesn't hurt either.
  9. Joe's not playing basketball trying to hit fade away jump shots, he's a high paid NFL QB that needs to start stepping in his throws for accuracy. Did we lose the game because of him no, but he could have helped us win it buy making better throws in critical situation.
  10. But the fact of the matter is that 33 point was not enough to win this game. In order to win a game you have to score more points than your opponent, Joe made bad throws that would have allowed us to win this game!!!!!!! SMH!!!!
  11. Well I'd say they have a lot to work on, finding an emotional team leader on defense, and working on Joe's throwing technique are 2 things. They better figure it out soon next week the Bengals, and Marvin Lewis knows how to beat us if they go 0 and 3 bad news.
  12. So the defense falls apart because Suggs went down, they said this the first time in 16 years that Reid, Lewis, or Suggs has not been on the field to motivate the team. Well I think John H has got an obvious problem here because all the player coaches are gone now and John H is on his own!!!!! No advice from experienced motivational players.
  13. I do admit the defense sucked today, but the coaching staff needs to talk to Joe about the back foot throws, too many points left off the board from poor throwing technique. We could have won that game, he was throwing short all game long.
  14. That was 2011 against Jacksonville, a Monday night game suppose to be a walk in the park for the Ravens. Blaine Gabbert was Jasksonville rookie QB, and the Ravens did nothing the entire game. I hope to never see another game like that, worst game they ever played IMO in the John H era!!!!!!!!!!!!
  15. The offense against the Broncos moved the ball on the last possession of the game, so where did that come from? Even though they didn't score the still moved the ball, why because they had a sense of urgency! They have to become more aggressive and attack the opposing defenses.
  16. They should take every game seriously, especially in the AFC. They had 6 losses last year to AFC teams, that's not good. I hope they can find away to beat the Bengals, those 2 losses last year were killer.
  17. They wasted a 1st round pick on this guy! They could have waited and drafted him in the 7th round. I guess shouldn't get to impatient it took 13 years for the to find a franchise QB probably be the same to find a receiver for him. SMH!!!!!!
  18. All I want to know is, they go the entire game doing nothing and going nowhere offensively and then the final drive they march 70 yards down the field and almost score? Do they lack a sense of urgency on offense, Denvers approach to defense didn't change. Lack of aggressive play is the way I see it.
  19. That is Joe's biggest problem, he has such a big arm he feels he can throw off of his back foot and get away with it and sometimes he does. He's not as accurate and it leads to most of his interception, poor technique.
  20. Upshaw is next man up, Babin is experienced backup. That's how they role with new players.
  21. Gilmore if you don't like it better hope John H doesn't feel the same, because you'll be in the dog house and we won't see you for a month or so. That was a poor throw by Joe IMO.
  22. I know they don't want to risk injury but they seemed like they were really badly out of sync on offense, they should have played more as a unit in the preseason!!!! Isn't that what the preseason is for? I mean who cares about evaluating players who won't even make the team, this is about winning regular season games!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  23. Joe needs to be smarter with the ball, throwing to a spot and hoping your oldest receiver (who is being covered by on of the best cb in the league) can make the catch is plain stupid. Throw the ball away, even intentional grounding would be better than a pick six!!!!!!!
  24. I don't think being careless with the ball is being productive. Throwing the ball in blind faith is begging for trouble and lobbing the ball up in the endzone when Gilmore was double covered isn't smart either, throw the ball away that's smart!!!!!!!!!!! That's what elite QB do.
  25. Kubiak knew Flacco's weaknesses keeping Joe rattled and contained in the pocket. Joe never was very good at burning blitzes and apparently our new offensive coordinator Mark Trestman isn't either. IMO the offense needs more play time as a unit in the preseason, seems as though they come out playing flat. Joe is famous for making poor decisions when under pressure.
