I liked Levine. He played well out of position. Interested to see him play a little more at the safety spot during pre-season.

We all know the 53 man roster isn't done until it is done. Even then Ozzie still likes to add/remove guys throughout the season. My guess is the final 53 for week one isn't made up 100% by the guys currently on the roster.

The Ravens do have a little cap room if they decide to add more players in the secondary. The good thing about Elam going down now is the timing. Never really good to see a guy go down but at least it happened before any quality guys were cut because someone on the roster who might have been cut could take his spot or we might see the Ravens go after a player when he is cut by another team. We have seen them do that plenty in the past.

Pollard does bring the nasty but he also brings the yellow. The league is getting softer all the time. His style of play and attitude in the locker room is why they went a different direction. We were playing with like 10 safeties on the roster last year. I am sure they have someone who can fill his (Elam's) spot. Bad luck for him certainly and I hope he recovers quickly.

That is what I really like about Campanaro (assuming he can stay on the field). Those quick moves to get open a few yards down the field can really get the chains moving and neutralize a pass rush. He just has to prove he can do it 16 games in a row.

In a real game situation Perriman might have taken it in for a TD while Elam trips and falls over his shoes. No, it really isn't a joke.

757RavensFan, Brooks will start training camp on the PUP but can come off before the season in which he would be one of 53. Pitta is assumed to start on PUP to start season.

I could be 100% incorrect given the fluctuating circumstances in this scnenario but being in the IT world I know the data could be recovered if it isn't overwritten. Pats fans are delusional. I will be happy when this is all over. However, if Steve did decide to pressure Goodell in regards to nowt lowering the suspension I am in his corner. I was surprised to see Strong fall to the 3rd. I kept thinking we might pick him up too. Imagine 2 WRs that early in the draft by the Ravens.

If they didn't do this then it would have been tough to hold a roster spot for all the TE's they wanted to keep on the active roster. This way you get to see what the other guys can do with real playing time and bring Pitta back IF he can go. This was an expected move.

Idiots are spreading rumors on NFL.com and twitter that the Ravens are one of several teams interested in Reggie Wayne. We have too many quality young guys with high potential to take it seriously. Brown is one of those guys. I hope him the best.

He probably doesn't see the PS simply because he is a 1st rounder and the front office doesn't seem quite ready to give up on him. However, I feel he should be inserted as a backup and play mainly on ST to practice his tackling and angles.

hen826957, your comment is true. He did have a bad year last year but he wasn't lighting it up the year prior either. I think the problem is he is being given more chances to succeed than others because he is a 1st round investment. He admitted poor performance last year and has said this year would be different. My issue is he put together several bad performances in a row and had to know at the time it couldn't continue while it did, week after week. He has a lot to prove to the fans, his teammates, and the front office that showed faith in him. Will he even get the chance now? I think injuries will be the only way.
