The thing that is somewhat frustrating about the Ravens inaction in free agency, especially given the number of high quality departures is this. We cannot look at our team in isolation because we play in a competitive sport. We have to be able to look at our team in comparison to the other teams in the AFC. Most teams in the AFC are getting better with quality players and depth by spending on good free agents. The Chargers, Texans, Bills, Dolphins, and the Colts come to mind immediately. The Bengals, Browns and even the Steelers are making deals with impact players. This is why our inactivity worries me somewhat. Added to that despite the number of picks we may have in this draft, none are high picks because we pick near the end of each round. Anybody else have any thoughts?
