  1. Muhammed Ali's fighting weight was 212 lbs! So this is perfect!
  2. How good is this kid really? He is a very well spoken confident young man! He is still young enough that he can still grow, put on muscle and become the unstoppable force at TE that we've been looking for since Todd Heap. A complete catching/blocking TE finally! Now, if only Pitta's health allows him to come back imagine our offense - wow!
  3. I enjoyed their GM Kevin Colber emphaticallly claiming Golshon was their target all along. So defensive tsk tsk...
  4. Exactly. Thank you.
  5. Don't worry the Steeler CB can still tackle the receivers toes!
  6. We didn't have Bobby Enghram coaching receivers then either. So, give the kid a chance please.
  7. Sami84 when you give our draft a B- I think this will go down in Ravens history as the best draft since 1996! Thank you. An F from you is like an B+ to me.
  8. Wow! It seems like we are signing just about everybody we called!
  9. Since I was admittedly bummed out with the selection I have been scouring the internet to find favorable pieces on Breshad Perriman. This is just so I feel great about our pick and I think this article made me feel ecstatic at our selection. I hope it moves all the fence sitters squarely back in Breshad being an awesome pick camp! https://www.numberfire.com/nfl/news/5103/the-ravens-select-wide-receiver-breshad-perriman-is-he-the-next-torrey-smith?offer_id=15&aff_id=1049
  10. This is the first direct reference to Means by the group. First time Harbs and Ozzie alluded to having a dark horse stashed away, but this time Ozzie spelled him out. They must've seen something awesome about this kid to rave so much about him.
  11. Show off! Now tell us who we are picking next!
  12. I think this is the round we need to fearlessly move up to draft the player we covet who also had a first round grade. That is like having 4 first round picks the last 2 yrs.
  13. This pick left me with an identical feeling I had when we drafted Mosley. Not very thrilled and somewhat bummed. However, boy was I wrong! I am hopeful I am just as wrong about Perriman as I was about Mosley! Go Ravens!
  14. I would've preferred drafting defense in the first round, but like Ozzie said, they were all gone by the time we picked. I suspect they wanted Ray to drop to them till Elway did another number on us. In any case, I don't think the Ravens had a first round grade on Byron Jones or they would have picked him. So, Perriman is the WR we all wanted, except we could still get a speed guy in the second, be it Coates or Devin Smith, but I am happy we got the fastest receiver in the draft. Coupled with Flacco's big arm, we are going to have a lot of big plays from Perriman as long as there are no 'concentration' drops! Now let us go get Quinten Rollins, Preston Smith, Walford and T.J. Yeldon and we'll be awesome.
  15. Hmmm... interesting. I hope K.O sees the benefit in signing an extension now as he's not been exceedingly healthy either much like Jimmy.
  16. I heard Greg Jennings signed today with Miami. A 3 yr deal I think.
  17. Agreed. Competition for Cox as well I suppose.
  18. We are over 10M in cap space already with the Smith signing. If we sign Yanda and Tucker, I am thinking we'll be at least over 12M in available space. Don't you think that would be adequate to at least get K.O or Upshaw signed this year before the season begins?
  19. Well said. You are a good representative of football John Harbaugh. Very proud you are the HC of the Baltimore Ravens.
  20. That would be every team out there especially, our AFC N opponents.
  21. I think the position that would best suit him would be that of a strong safety. He is a tweener between a LB and a safety in terms of size.
  22. Michael Crabtree and his baggage belong in Oakland. Good for us.
  23. What do you think they thought of him when they signed him? He was a surefire cut proposition before the Rice fiasco if you remember... but he proved the whole world wrong.
