  1. We don't need a number one draft pick. Most teams picking that early will be looking for a QB if there is a good one.

I agree and disagree. We don't need the #1 pick. Plenty of guys in this draft with high value we can get in the top 10. Ramsey and vargrave for instance. However, Titans hold the #1 pick and they likely won't pick a qb since they just drafted mariota. Same pretty much goes for the Browns at #2 since they drafted qbs in the first Rd 2-3 season and believe in manziel if he can keep his head straight. Charger may be in the market for a qb, but they'll probably work with Rivers contract and draft a qb in the later rds. That's 3 of the top drafting teams that don't need a qb. A lot of the struggling teams this season actually have solid qb play, or invested too much to draft another early this soon

  2. Don't really think harbs is smart enough to tank the game and the browns haven't swept us since i don't even know when.....clowns 28 ravens 15(5 field goals)...thanks again coach!

Why would tanking be smart for a head coach? You said it yourself, we haven't been swept by the Browns since who knows win. But factoring that out, think of it like this. One draft isn't necessarily going to change the dynamic of a team. If he tanks this season he'll be on the hot seat for next season. Whereas if he finishes the season strong by at least beating division foes, he saves himself a job for a other season

  3. When I think of "RAVENS FOOTBALL" I think of Rex Ryan and Chuck Pagano lead defenses... Where outside of bmore... Cities thought of us as the Eastcoast Oakland Raiders... Because they fear our viciousness, our "thuggery" as they would call it. Or as we called it SWAGG!

We got to get thst back... And you dont get thst back by having a Mr. Nice Guy HC, who cant have Alpha Dogs around because he cant handle them.

Harbaugh better learn his place... And the Ravens Win Rings when the Alpha Dogs run the team not a Mr Nice Guy control freak HC

  4. He was once arguably on the verge of being a top qb in the league. With this season being what it is, I'm actually kind of hoping that he doesn't revert back to a successful form. Does that make me a bad fan? Moral dilemma going on here. One hand I welcome the thought of having a top 5 pick because I know, if healthy we have a playoff caliber team. Adding high end talent will only make us richer. The other hand, I want everyone to play well and keep fighting because that's been engraved in stone as the Ravens way.

  5. Here is the irony of the situation. As poorly as Matt has played over the past couple of seasons, it won't shock me one bit to see him thrive as Ravens QB and win out for us this season. Given our luck throughout this season and the long anticipated possibility of a top 5 pick to make us talent rich over the next several seasons, lady luck will throw us a curve ball by allowing us to win at least 4-5 Games of the next 6 and get us back to picking in the 20s! We end up 7-9 or 8-8 and pick in the teens yet again while missing the playoffs for sure. Won't shock me one bit if my prediction comes true but will certainly shock me if we continue to lose.

I think you're on to something here

  6. Elam was a not so great option from the draft now Brooks is facing that same issue. These picks have not worked out due to injury or lack of focus,i don't know but it seems like alot of hit or miss with our drafts picks lately.

How exactly is Brooks fitting the same mold as Elam. First off Elam was a 1st Rd pick, Brooks was 3rd. Secondly, Brooks came in ND play very solid football last season (playing both safety and nickel) before tearing his acl. He's finally healthy for pretty much the first time this season, but will probably only see time at nickel since Kendricks is pretty much entrenched at the starting spot. I see him winning the job next season unless we draft Ramsey in the 1st rd.

  7. Dude u really don't get the point of the argument, at no time in any of my posts did I say those rookie WRs are making their teams championship teams smh MY ARGUMENT with the article was the point that those rookie receivers are actually playing and at least contributing more than what Perriman has. If u can't agree with that then thats on u. That was my opinion and I simply backed it up with FACTS. So yea those mediocre stats are contributing A LOT more than what Perriman has because at least those wideouts are gaining valuable experience and they'll have that much more come next year when this kid is hopefully healthy enough to play.

    Ok guy!
