I saw Gone Girl last night, all I can say is go and watch it, you wont regret it.

Rollins character is weak to me! And that curb stomp is trash! Smh! I'm old school slice.

I'm in my 40's and I grew up on characters like; The Junkyard Dog (J.Y.D.), Bret "Hitman" Heart, Hulk Hogan, Triple H, The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Booker-T, Big Poppa Pump, Lex Luger, Sting, Rick Flair, Jimmy "Super Fly" Snuka and the like. Rollins is no where near that whatsoever and never will be to me! I can see Reigns being the one that really blows up out of those shield guys though. He has the look, build and persona.

Hes supposed to look weak, his character is a punk kid who has to cheat to get what he wants. And I think he's playing it brilliantly. Plus, hes a fantastuc wrestler and athelte, hes the whole package bro.

NXT Takeover 2 tore the house down. Seriously watch it if you can, the main event was possibly the best fatal 4 way in WWE history, it started off kinda slow, but then all 4 guys killed it. And as usual the NXT crowd was crazy and is comparable to old ECW crowds imo.

A couple of weeks ago I started rewatching episodes of How I Met Your Mother from seasons 3 and 4, which became a marathon of sorts that I just finished tonight. Man, I forgot how glorious that show was in its heyday. I feel like it really fell into "poor man's sappy romantic drama" in season 7. I'm coming around on the finale though, I can see what they were trying to do and I can appreciate how they did it.

Anyway, does anyone watch The League? I see the new season promises to be as irreverent as ever.

I finally got around to seeing The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and really liked it. I dont understand why it got so much crap, the Peter/Gwen on and off relationship was kind of annoying but it wasnt bad enough to ruin it for me.

This album is such a musical master piece.

My goodness... I'm still speechless. That beating... well it's like a bad car wreck, you want to look away but you can't. Thankfully I can rewatch Cena's first ever burial for only $9.99 A Month.

I was expecting an absolute battle, but it was basically a 20 minute squash match. Lesnar won't be losing that belt for a long time.

Also, the Ambrose/Rollins match on Raw last night was potential MOTY canidate. Great match between them and I hope their rivalry isn't over yet.

Yeah, it was nothing too crazy or unpredictable, but the way everything pieced together was really nice.

The Wilfred finale was perfect, just about everything came together and it had the right balance of comedy and drama.

Hopefully getting a PS4 and a kick butt (lol) flatscreen soon, any games I should get? Already planning on getting The Last of Us, NHL 15, GTA 5, possibly Madden (I know, I know..) and Alien Isolation when that comes out.

Yeah its so much better than Raw/Smackdown. Most wrestlers on the roster could wrestle circles around 85% of the main roster (especially with Kenta and Devitt there now, and possibly the Young Bucks signing). It also has better booking and storylines, which makes no sense since the writing/booking has been god awful in WWE for how long now?

Wrestling is just sports entertainment. Watched some then WWF shows in the '80s that started with "The following is a presentation of the World Wrestling Federation, the leader in sports entertainment."

Ive heard they call it that for tax purposes, thats why they call them WWE Superstars instead of WWE Wreslters, to get tax breaks.

I gave in and finally got the network to watch old ECW and Attitude era stuff. I have already watched Vengence 2001 (Where Jericho beats the Rock and Stone Cold in one night) and ECWs Living Dangerously 1999 (RVD vs Jerry Lynn #1) both blow the current PPVs out of the water, it isn't even close. Anyone recommend anything?

That show is brilliant, I still watch it once a year or so. The M Night Shyamalan adaptation, on the other hand...

I dont remember Avatar The Last Airbender being this perfect as a kid, the storytelling alone is one of the best Ive seen in a cartoon. The actually good fighting scenes are just a plus.

So whats the best show today? I still need something to fill the Breaking Bad void
