    I just bottled a summer ale. Unfortunately I didn't get to start on it as early as I wanted so my summer ale is running way behind the intended season.

    I'm still very much a novice so ales are all I brew at the moment because they can ferment at room temperature. Well 73 degrees at least. Which is room temp in my house.
