Trestman is still the issue. He blew at least 3 games early this season with time management problems. It is easy to put up offensive numbers when you are down/playing from behind/and out of the playoff picture. I'm so down with us finishing in the Top 5 for offense rather than winning. It's not just stats and points that go into vetting a coordinator.

If the NFL is a business - then treat it like one.

Sit all of our valuable starters that we will depend on next year. Call up all the unproven guys that are on the practice squad and let them earn a job. Open up the offense and let it loose - make some splash plays, take gambles. See who has the potential and who folds under the pressure. I'm fine if we beat the Steelers and Bengals and call it a year. I love the Ravens, but at this point - wins only hurt us, lets get a high, can't miss pick in the draft who will be a starter out of the gate.

Here let me help you out. Derrick Henry or Zeke Elliott with our first pick next year. After that a few O Line - then the rest defense. Trade a pick or two and get a young up and coming WR that has NFL experience and is battle ready, no more of these gambles - the house is kicking our tail feathers. Oh my goodness. Stop it with the Trestman love - it is easy to put up numbers when you are down. Just look at what he did with the Bears? I will take a win over a Top 10 'statistically speaking' offense any day. Also - Trestman blew plenty of play calls this year that resulted in loses - Denver, Cincy, and there will be more. Trestman is the problem folks Injuries WR Scouts for the organization our drafting the last 5 years.

My favorite thing about the Ravens will only hurt us this year. The fact we play tough until the final whistle will put us in a good position to win a nice handful of games this year. That being said, since we're virtually 100% eliminated from playoff contention - why even do that thus hurting our draft position? I'm 100% cool with beating anyone in our division just to show dominance, but other than that I'd just toss in the towel. Fire both coordinators and start the 'rebuilding' process now. I'd like us to pick up Philben or Caldwell as OC or at least bring in Philben to show us how a proper route tree should look via his Packers roots. I'd also trust his eye in regards to our WR's. It seems like every other team hits gold while we're stuck bringing in Vets or no-names from random teams. Imagine if we had a Brandon Marshall or Alshon or heck, should have had Dez if the Pats didn't screw us. We need some playmakers with good hands and we've proven over and over that we cannot identify WR's that will have potential to be a force in the league (via the draft or FA).

Caldwell Philben come in to revamp the O. Find a new D Coord - we either need to move a few players or just become another D that gives up points.

I'm fine with hearing about Perriman every other sentence if he put up Josh Gordon type numbers in his first 2 games but he hasn't. He has done approximately nothing. We are putting him on a pedestal that will be too high for him to come close to. I really want SSS to get on him and take him under his wing and let him know that he can be out of the league as fast as his forty.

Honestly the things we do... Re-sign Pitta - JJ - D. Smith - Monroe and now add Smitty... sometimes you have to wonder - does our front office laugh at the rest of the league because they are by far the best?
