  1. When will the Ravens D learn not to knock out the starting QB when they are in control of the game. This has been our Achilles' Heal so many times, I quit counting... Defense is on the field too much, and Offense has to come up with some scheme that allows Joe some time to throw the ball. Joe needs to practice his short game accuracy. Simple solutions that cost us 4 games in my opinion.
  2. Both shots were dirty, but shot Hill was legal, but still a dirty play, as play was already over.....I would hate to be this guy next year.....
  3. Short passes, mixed with a solid run game, opens up deep plays like we saw. Best OC called game this year. DC did a good job too. It was nice to see them play as a team at least once this year, every player contributed. I just wish some of these guys would mature and not do stupid things to cause penalties. Lewis...what the heck was that PI all about????
  4. HAAAAHAAAA, that is too funny, play it every game.....
  5. Also, it disturbs me that this team does not play to win, but plays not to lose...that to me is the most aggravating thing to watch. Say what you will about New England, but that is why they are, who they are, because they don't let up on any play, and they don't make stupid penalties, and they TACKLE, you have to respect that, even if you hate them.
  6. Die hard fan, but you just have to laugh about how this season has gone. I don't remember so many games where it was just a crazy play that doomed us. I honestly hope we play all our rookies the rest of the year, and save our starters. It will be good to evaluate what we have, and will need for the future. I used to get upset over every loss, now I know how Jag and Browns fans deal with their teams... sheer numbness, Obla di Obla da...life goes on....come on draft day!!!!
  7. Injury has to be more severe than we have been led to believe, that or the guy is scared to play. Set him the rest of the year, if he is not ready next year, cut him....
  8. This guy is a great player and person, my Ravens fan side wants him to play, but my human side wants him to retire. I don't want to see him get hurt again, possibly disabling him for life....the choice is his of course and I wish him good luck!!! Anybody know why we didn't go after Welker??????
  9. We have no leaders on this team, everyone plays pretty timid, other than Steve SR. This is not our year, and we just have to live with it. Until Ozzie gets some premier players back on our Roster, we will be what we are, posers for now. You can't keep throwing the ball down the field 30 yards on 3rd down, when you only need 3, that is insane, and it happened multiple times in the last two games....have some imagination Tressman.
  10. This has been the Ravens Achilles' Heal for years, they play down to their opponents level, instead of playing full throttle every game. The bad teams stick around, and as we have seen many times, the 'Bad' team wins.
  11. The team played with no enthusiasm and it showed. If they come out and play like that against the Bengals, Steelers and Browns.....you're looking at an 0-5 team in a couple weeks. They need to shake up the D some how....
  12. I am not as worried about losing Suggs as I am Monroe. I hope Suggs gets well soon, but I assume he will retire after this....great player and person. We need a speed receiver, if Perriman can't get well soon and produce, Ozzie needs to search high and low for a starter. We got out coached along with out played today....
  13. I hope they are searching the wire...I like Webb as a person, but he is done as a starting corner.
  14. Thought Vaughn and Magee might make it....maybe practice squad if they clear waivers.
  15. We are in for a long season defensively. Joe better be able to put up lots and lots of points. This D, if pre-season is any indicator, will get hammered by any team using a hurry up style offense, they literally can not stop it.
