On a side note. JJ was solid. He made a serious case to be the #2 QB behind Flacco.
JJ only shot is practice squad. He has to forget a roster spot. No way he makes the 53 man roster. I believe we only keep one backup and that's Mallett.
JJ is pulling a Tyrod Taylor. No way he'll make it through waivers. It's either roster, IR, or gone.
A bunch of our young players will have to find a way to IR. No way some of our TE, DL, LB, RB, S, even WR, will not be claimed out of the practice squad.
One thing I'd like to know: the people who "medically" assessed Perriman before the draft, are they still with the team?
Not sure, though it doesn't matter, because his injuries have nothing to do with his pre-draft assessment.
I sure hope you are right.

Taliaferro got injured trying to tackle the guy who was returning an interception. Is it possible that coaches don't tell those players who have absolutely no problems to make the 53-man roster to avoid stuff like that in exhibition games? Such players should just show the coaches they are there, in the right position, and that they COULD make the takle if it were an official game. But do not risk anything like that in a preseason game!
So glad about Mosley - welcome to the Ravens, you have a real chance to get a ring out here! But I'm disappointed by how the picks developed: not so much before pick 17 (but Martin gone at 16 was kind of a practical joke), but after it - when all 4 top safeties went in the blink of an eye...

My oh my, what a wonderful day

This is great. And funny enough, it looks more and more like in the draft we'll go "more defense", again.

i start to think the Ravens might go with 3 running backs (as usual, but contrary to what somebody proposes for this year) and 7 wide receivers.
