  1. Ebron with a td. Hope he has a good year. I really liked him at UNC. He killed my hurricanes.
  2. He dropped a gift there! We needed that. I should say missed not dropped lol
  3. Doesn't even matter that manning gets it out fast. No one is beating there man one on one!
  4. Let's get a turnover defense.
  5. It's amazing Mariota has literally stared down his first option on every play and yet the Bucs aren't stopping it. Snap first read and throw !
  6. Monroe another injury filled year. Ugh!
  7. What the world. I just flipped back on the game and it's 4th down!!
  8. Boy sanders could get 150 yards. Nobody wants to cover him smh. What a kick!
  9. Thank you for that overthrow.
  10. Monroe in for concussion. Come on
  11. Man just driving down field easily! No pressure at all.
  12. Oh I missed the first possession already.
  13. Disappointed in that inactive list. Was looking forward to Jernigan after reading he returned to practice. Somehow missed out on news about Z.Smith. Perriman eventually. Also Melvin out shucks.
  14. I feel like the moment I saw those stories of Steelers that they needed to get off their high horse. I mean the man served over a year in jail for his crimes against animals, while his friends basically got off ( for saying he provided funds and shelter for all of the proceedings). Since then he hasn't gotten into any type of trouble, he's been active in working with Humane Society get messages out against dogfighting, he gives speeches about his story going to jail, etc. I mean it's been 7 years, the man went to jail, lost millions of dollars in real estate property and various of facets of life. People deserve second chances and so far he's done well with his
  15. Every time I see these QB figures for contracts I cringe... I mean the NFL Salary caps are skyrocketing but every single QBs is... Before it was rookie top 5 draft picks getting ridiculous salaries. And now all the QBs are becoming 100M plus salaries. As recent as early 2000s top paid players were Left Tackles with some QBs sprinkled in as well. I remember being at Nick Saban LSU football camp, when I was in highschool and for added motivation they showed us graphics of what " the fat guys" the O-Line were making and at that time Orlando Pace and Walter Jones were the top paid players, shortly after that Vick got a monster deal from Atlanta that made him the highest paid player. Seems like teams are trying to pull the WR market down a bit, after the crazy deals that guys like Fitzgerald got that lead to Calvin Johnson mega-deal... I think Dallas and Denver did a reasonable job of not going to crazy paying Bryant & Thomas...
  16. I don't really agree with the thought that Seattle bought their way into a Superbowl... Over the last 5 years, I mean they got M.Lynch in a trade with Buffalo whom at the time had Lynch, Fred Jackson and CJ Spiller in a crowded backfield and Lynch was coming off an injury that year. M.Bennett & Cliff Avril were good pick ups for them , but Bennett had one good season in Tampa before the Seahawks signed him, Avril many thought was benefited from playing near Suh... Players they spent big bucks on were Receivers Sidney Rice and Percy Harvin and neither one of them worked out for team ... Most of their core on both units for the first Superbowl was built through the draft... It started with their first 2 picks Okung and E.Thomas..
  17. Sucks that Perriman hasn't heeled enough yet to even practice. I mean after the initial reports I thought the guy would be back on the field in 3 or 4 days practicing now he has officially missed the entire preseason, and will miss possibly the first 2 weeks of the season...
  18. Basically Asa's preseason has reminded me of another former returner, David Reed. He would make a good return then fumble another time. Boom or bust and not enough trust. He didn't last very long regardless of good times.
  19. It wasn't a secret that the team liked Marcus Peters ( I also liked him) at CB, but after he and Kevin Johnson were both drafted before our pick, I'm not sure what CB you were hoping for us to draft. ( I was big on Eric Rowe if we traded back into Early 2nd Round because of his versatility play CB or S ). Other than him, Byron Jones I guess the combine made him a late first pick, Jalen Collins fringe first rounder as well. What did you want the team to do, trade up secure a CB or trade back and get one?
  20. I was very positive about the secondary, knowing Webb & Smith would have healthy outlooks, with Arrington and Melvin rounding things along with Asa Jackson... IMO if Asa Jackson makes the team it will be for his special teams ability, hasn't show much as DB in limited action, I haven't looked at Vaughn enough yet.
  21. Webb hasn't be to any Pro Bowls yet or won a DPOY but is almost like our Cornerback version of former Colts Safety Bob Sanders. Smaller DB, not afraid to tackle and mix it up at all, made plays early ( ints, sacks, Fumble Forces or Recoveries) on in his career but always seemed to get injured. 3 years ago, Webb seemed to be emerging as potential Top 10 Corner in the league, a hidden gem within the Ravens defense, but a second ACL, then back injury etc have led to an obvious decline last season, hamstring injury right now can't make things any better.
  22. I sure hope Perriman can practice and play next week. Third preseason game is always a dress rehearsal. If not then we have to hope for the best, ODB missed a lot of preseason and first few games last year and he still had an extremely rate phenomenal year regardless.
  23. I'm surprised I missed this article. I read a lot of things on Grantland ( although sometimes articles get a little long ).
