So innocent sincere question, why didn't the coaches play Correa more?

I would get not playing him if he's not ready (hasn't learned playbook, etc.), but then why activate him for the game?

I would also get benching him if he made some mistakes and was a liability, but he played, what, one play?

I'm no strategic mastermind, but don't get it, anyone have some insight?

I feel you. Our pass rush is non existent with Suggs/Doon aging, and injured why not give Correa a chance to do what he did best in college.

  2. Zero chance, will command/want too much money. Team needs to draft a top tier receiver to go along with Smith and Brown.

We do an EXCELLENT job at drafting stud WR's...

Most productive WR's we ever had has come from other teams, ie. D. Mason (Tenn), A. Boldin (ARI) Q. Ismail (MIN).

Not only would we have to replace a glaring hole at WR immediately, but PR/KR too. Would we really want Doss back there again? Not me. I hope they can re-sign Jacoby for another year until we can find an legit replacement.

  3. Anyone have any tips on breaking plateaus? I've hit a wall on bench, squat, and clean and I can't seem to surpass it. It's so frustrating.

Not a trainer or anything, but usually when you hit a plateau it means that your body has become accustomed to your type of workout.

Obviously there are other workout types you can do (Bands/Free Weights/Compound-Cable Weights/Bowflex/Pure Body Lifts/etc.) Try mixing up your routine a bit to see when you feel the "burn" again. Also like stated above, DO NOT overtrain. You're really just hurting yourself by tearing your muscle faster than it can repair itself again.

    Good luck buddy..

  4. Just finished watching the three-quel of the Bourne flicks . Identity, supremacy, and ultimatum. I have to put these movies in the top of my all time favorites. The story, characters, action scenes, and the setting.

I almost started a riot when I found out that the Bourne legacy doesn't star Matt Damon, how can you have a Bourne movie without Jason Bourne?

  5. I don't like Liam Neeson myself, so I went into the movie with low expectations. I liked his character. The ability to lose a loved one and have the strength to keep on going was cool to see. I loved the ending along with that piano in the background. I'd give it 7 out of 10

I liked the character myself, he portrays strength. But in no way does Neeson show that as an actor. He looks like an old, botoxed, Irishman.

  7. *big big smile* Thanks. Not done yet and I'm still motivated. Weighed in today and found out that over the last two weeks, with al the intense stress I felt from packing my life and moving some of it, that I still managed to lose. I've been on cloud nine all afternoon! smile.png

Moving 10-gallon Sterilite bins from the third floor to the basement equaled my best workout EVER! laugh.png

Moving is alot of stress, iv'e done it so many times i know! 34853_shakehead.GIF

  8. Thanks! I intend on it. 20 more pounds and I'll hit my goal and I'll be, as a friend said on my FB today, 'unrecognizable'. biggrin.png Of course the maintenance phase will be hard too. I've been told by folks who've been there that the maintenance requires a totally different mindset than the losing does. But I feel confident...when I think of where I was in August with the health scare....I ain't never ever going there again! smile.png

And I feel for you. Heal well. I know I went nuts when I had to heal my strained shoulder.

20 pounds is alot to have lost. You've done the hard part, keeping it there is alot easier.

  9. I've lost darn near 25 pounds since the middle of August last year, although I haven't seriously worked out since the beginning of February. smile.png

    Congrats, keep it up!

On the other hand iv'e gained about 15 pounds in 8 months. A back impingement ,and a torn muscle and cracked bone in my shoulder. Too much Corona's and steak. Can't wait to feel near a %100 percent again.

  10. Anyone watch "The Grey"? I have a DVD/screener from a friend who owns a theater, and i was watching it the other night on my couch. After all of the hype reviews on it i thought it would be a decent movie. I have slept in maybe 2 other movies i have ever watched in my life, but this had to have been the third. Boring flick, maybe i didn't watch it til when the good parts started popping up but by no means should Liam Neeson be the lead role and it showed..IMO
