  1. I'm hoping we see Mallett out there on Sunday. Give Joe and majority of the veterans some time to R&R. Utilizing Maxx Will, Gillmore, Dixon etc and running some plays that would usually be brushed aside by our cautious staff...
  2. Kamalei correa and Kaufusi is well under the radar
  3. I feel you. Our pass rush is non existent with Suggs/Doon aging, and injured why not give Correa a chance to do what he did best in college.
  4. Just for kicks I'm calling Baltimores 1st play on their next possession, wheel route to Juice.
  5. Let's introduce Vick to the purple death. I want him to think twice before stepping out for a run.
  6. At a boy Joe!! Nice catch Aiken
  7. The CHAMP is in for sure. Dont come on here often but this is one of my favorite leagues so I will gracefully show up weekly
  8. Well congrats to the winner. Whoever it may be..
  9. Lost by .02 points.... I swear this morning I put in Crabtree What the heck?..
  10. Yahoo sends you an email with draft results and an "expert rating".
  11. My team was rated "C". Guess that C means Champion in my case.
  12. Time is good for me also
  13. Re-activated. Which one of you chumps coming in 2nd this year???
  14. We do an EXCELLENT job at drafting stud WR's... Most productive WR's we ever had has come from other teams, ie. D. Mason (Tenn), A. Boldin (ARI) Q. Ismail (MIN). Not only would we have to replace a glaring hole at WR immediately, but PR/KR too. Would we really want Doss back there again? Not me. I hope they can re-sign Jacoby for another year until we can find an legit replacement.
  15. Not a trainer or anything, but usually when you hit a plateau it means that your body has become accustomed to your type of workout. Obviously there are other workout types you can do (Bands/Free Weights/Compound-Cable Weights/Bowflex/Pure Body Lifts/etc.) Try mixing up your routine a bit to see when you feel the "burn" again. Also like stated above, DO NOT overtrain. You're really just hurting yourself by tearing your muscle faster than it can repair itself again. Good luck buddy..
  16. Just finished watching the three-quel of the Bourne flicks . Identity, supremacy, and ultimatum. I have to put these movies in the top of my all time favorites. The story, characters, action scenes, and the setting. I almost started a riot when I found out that the Bourne legacy doesn't star Matt Damon, how can you have a Bourne movie without Jason Bourne?
  17. I liked the character myself, he portrays strength. But in no way does Neeson show that as an actor. He looks like an old, botoxed, Irishman.
  18. No, it's frowned upon..
  19. Hah! Sorry, i thought you were messing with me. Besides, in Ireland you can substitute Protein for beer..
  20. Moving is alot of stress, iv'e done it so many times i know!
  21. 20 pounds is alot to have lost. You've done the hard part, keeping it there is alot easier.
  22. uhhh.....ya. A protein shake could be soy, whey, meat, hydrolisate, egg, milk, etc...
  23. Congrats, keep it up! On the other hand iv'e gained about 15 pounds in 8 months. A back impingement ,and a torn muscle and cracked bone in my shoulder. Too much Corona's and steak. Can't wait to feel near a %100 percent again.
  24. Anyone watch "The Grey"? I have a DVD/screener from a friend who owns a theater, and i was watching it the other night on my couch. After all of the hype reviews on it i thought it would be a decent movie. I have slept in maybe 2 other movies i have ever watched in my life, but this had to have been the third. Boring flick, maybe i didn't watch it til when the good parts started popping up but by no means should Liam Neeson be the lead role and it showed..IMO
