These are all the complaints people had about Cutler in Chicago...then in comes Trestman and what do yoy know, their offense because WAY more efficient and creative. Alshon Jeffrey, who did little his rookie season, suddenly becomes a superstar.

Im sorry guys..but theres no magical system thats suddenly gonna automatically get our receivers wide open on every play. Alot of that is the QB being able to find the best option EARLY in the play..and deliver the ball at the most opportune time..and Joe has shown he cant do that consistently.

Clearly this Joe's fault and not the WRs who can't get open.

If the new OC can stop Joe from holding on to the ball so long and throwing 3 yd passes to the flat when we need 10 for the first down..then im all for it.

However...2 OCs so far havent gotten Joe to stop that stuff. So I dont think a third will.

Ed is not the player he once was, but you are ignoring the intangibles that he brings to the table. His reputation alone brings fear to the opposing team's OC and QB. He is a huge leader in the locker room And he is not only a safety, but a damn good coach as well. Ed Reed is well worth $5 mil. to this Team in 2013.

That fear quickly leaves when they see him miss his first 4 tackles...
