If the Front Office went into the post superbowl offseason thinking that Joe Flacco could make any receiver great....they should all be fired. From 2008 to 2012..there was nothing....and I mean NOTHING that led me to believe Flacco could do that. Not saying ur wrong...but if that's truly the case it's frustrating. Yes I know Flacco looked All World during that playoff run...but still not a reason to make such a stupid decision.

Don't want either... Ozzie's philosophy on WR may need to change. His top priority since the end of 2008 should have been...let me go get Joe his number 1....he has failed to do that. He's kept the Corp respectable at the very least all these years but that's not good enough.

Unfortunately for Ozzie when ur team is on pace to get a top 5-10 draft pick...there's very little he can do come next spring that will satisfy the fan base. 25% of us want a pass rusher 25% of us want secondary help 25% of us want another WR The other 25% don't care what we get...we just don't want a repeat of this year.

Look. I dont think there's enough talent on the offensive side of the ball to justify firing Marc. However I DO think there's enough talent on this defense to justify Pees being fired. Losing one player shouldn't completely snatch the soul outta the defense.

We've been soooo spoiled being Ravens fans recently that this honestly feels like the closest thing to Hell than anything else.

I'm almost willing to take a delay of game penalty then to keep wasting our timeouts consistently like this...clock and timeout management is horrible.

Exactly. We don't draft them because where always at the back end of the draft....but more importantly when those top 10-20 talents finally hit the free agent market it's not in Ozzie's mentality to go after them. As another poster stated earlier...ozzie waits till the 3rd or 4th wave of Free agents. Whether it's bc it's just not Ozzie's way to go after them or bc we never have the cap to sign them...a year like this year would've been nice to have some flash of talent.For instance I was really upset that we didn't go after Brandon Marshall or Percy Harvin when they hit the market..whether they weren't our type of players or not they would've helped alot. Then the flip side is Suh. You pay him a gazillion dollars to have him do what a practice squad player could do...then your out of luck. Once again Ozzie's track record shows we need to trust "his way" more than doubt him...but when your team is 1-4 and looks as talentless as we do..things like this get brought up.

That's part of the problem...despite not signing high priced Free agents we are still losing great players every year....and great coaches too lol

Actually the more I think about it..I'd be open to moving doom before the deadline. It frees up a pretty penny next year. And any team in the playoff hunt would love to have him rushing the QB.

I'm honestly not overly impressed with any of the front 7. They all have flaws. And I think Ozzie and Co would be stupid to not shake things up next year. For one..it may be time to say bye to D.Smith ...he's played extremely well following Ray leaving. Thank you but goodbye. CJ has got to get better covering. He's been an afterthought these last two games. To being kinda picked on against the browns. F.O. would be fools to go into another season solely depending on Suggs and Doom for pass rushing..they are both getting older and injury prone. Look to add veteran depth inside. Maybe Williams and Jernigan may be too young to hold the inside down.

So basically we can blame everyone but Ozzie. Gotcha.

Like I stated it's not about that one year cap hit...it's looking down the road and saying we can't sign this free agent to anything too long term because as things stand Joe is scheduled to make so and so amount of dollars 2 or 3 years from now.

Easy.u stop blaming everyone around him as much as we are and start to focus on him alittle. We've now heard it's the offensive coordinator...it's the defensive coordinator...we've heard it's the players and head coach...we've managed to blame Ray Rice we've even blamed it on the almighty figurative injury bug...but God forbid we blame the guy who's job it is to put the team together lol. And once again...holding someone accountable doesn't mean asking for them to be fired. So the biggest question still remains...how did one come to that conclusion that that's what this thread was about?
