it's time for him to go.
since the departure of lewis and reed, there has been no fire. suggs can't do it alone. there has been a concerted effort to avoid players of a certain personality. outspoken leaders are not welcome here.
i totally forgot about the "gold" pants... it's about as disgusting as this article's shameless use of twitter gifs trying to hype up the color rush
lets be clear, Color Rush is not a good look. will it be better than the purple jersey on black pant pajama look? maybe, but both should never be worn on the field... just no dignity in it
i'm ashamed i missed the entire game. i completely forgot about it until this morning, too distracted by personal plans for the week.
what's strange yet unsurprising is that the game yet again came down to the last drive...
it's as if that's been the game plan all year: make it interesting but lose in the end, GO!
i just wanna commend you guys and all of us, really, as fans. i don't see anyone jumping off a bridge with others to follow. everyone's pretty level-headed and trying to take the most honest look at the team and really trying to get the bottom of it. i say this because the buffalo bills fanbase is basically in a civil war over their QB situation or defcon 1 because their defense hasn't played to expectations. they are insulting eachother, accusing others of being trolls, banning members from their forums, and calling for the immediate firing of rex ryan and the GM... meanwhile they're sitting at 3-3. god i'd feel so good right now if we were 3-3
it's weird. i'm desensitized to the losses. every game coming down to the last drive... does it seem predetermined? scripted?
steve smith is worth watching though. it makes me happy to see him play and do his thing. just wish he made those TD catches
didn't read the rest of the posts, but a youtube vid from 2012 suggests he could have the same skillset as a former pittsburgh steeler that i do'nt care for. i'm inclined to believe in his potential, but since i do'nt know his injury history, i wonder if he's slowed down or lost confidence while on the rams. i remember targeting him in fantasy in recent years but he's not on the radar for most football fans. hopefully we can chalk this up to his being on the rams.
i also saw him in an old interview.. hopefully he's found a chip on his shoulder that needs severe brushing
i consider myself True. it's why i'm here trying to find out whats going on. a poster said it earlier, Where's the fire?! and maybe its my fault since i wasn't there sunday. the fanbase is certainly different with the youths' being spoiled with winning ravens. we used to win and lose with the same nastiness in players and fans. we'd mock the other team at every chance regardless of score. the organization has taken that out of us little by little over the years, polishing us to resemble a first class fanbase. i suspect it's time to get back to being rude and obnoxious but in a funny come-what-may attitude without the fatalistic depression. have fun with it.
we should start with signs to get rid of Pees and bring back Rex, i'm sure he doesn't really like buffalo
i've been following the fate of Tyrod Taylor all offseaon long so much so that i've joined the buffalo bills forums to post positive things about Tyrod for starting QB.
anyway, they're passionate fans who've been abused by poor quarterback play for decades, and in this about tyrod's bid for starting qb, they're having a big debate about flacco and the ravens. it's cool to see other fans' perspectives: http://boards.buffalobills.com/showthread.php?513253-Making-the-case-for-Tyrod-Taylor-as-QB1-(My-own-Opinion-w-LOTS-of-common-sense!)/page9
i just came across the carroll county times article, then i came here to make a thread if there hasn't already been one...
I WANT ROLANDO MCCLAIN BACK THIS SEASON
there are plenty of reasons not to bring back a guy with run-ins with the law,
but his story would be that of redemption. that's a story i can get behind.
i think it's a principle characteristic of our best seasons.
you don't have to start the guy. get him in special teams at the very least. make sure he wants to play to play football. we don't want a guy who's about himself and his money. we need a real team guy. could he be an emotional leader, as well? of course, i don't have any illusions about the motivation money has on players. i choose to believe in the better of people, even if it isn't genuine.
i hope his signing would be that good karma baltimore needs. 'cause i don't want our recent superbowl to fade into memory. i wan't more superbowls, obviously. i want a dynasty, and i want the steelers to die.
How are the sticks intefering with each other on the PS4 controller? I haven't run into that yet? ...
Depending on how the sticks are positioned during a game my thumbs would occasionally knock into each other. ....
Resogun on the PS4, for instance, is a game that you use both sticks all the time, and you're constantly pushing them in all directions. Left stick pushed right and Right stick pushed left will bump your thumbs if you're playing aggressively. Despite the new concave thumb pads, your thumbs will move about slightly making thumb to thumb contact more likely. And i don't have big hands
edit: i should note that bumping your thumbs is a bad thing because it prevents full range of the thumbstick, resulting in HORRIBLE DEATH
merry christmas all
i'm a sony fanboy with an ignorant attitude towards microsoft, much like my feelings towards the steelers and the whole boston area. i want ps4 to "win" and the xbone to fail. i want all xbox players to realize that they've made the wrong choices in life and to humbly convert to the intelligent and cultured side of gaming.
that said, i've been diligently reading articles daily about xbox one and ps4, and frankly, there's no great reason for me to buy ps4. if anything, i'm very intrigued about the potential of the "steam machine." furthermore, maybe it is I who has led a child's blissful life in the shadow of the Glorious PC Master Race. and now that i am mature and gainfully employed, maybe i too can evolve to that higher species of gamer
i will probably wait for Metal Gear Solid to get a PS4 as i did with past playstations. however i expect the righteous feeling of playing MGS on my PS to be fleeting now that Xboners are also allowed to bear witness to the legendary tales of Snake
lastly this "console war" has been a ruse, i fear. the games are not evolving, we're seeing sequential iterations with prettier graphics, but is that all we have to look forward to? hurray for the indie scene. i want more real time strategies.

do you mean the original 70s one? if so, i agree. the modern remake was okay but too cliche for me?The correct answer is George Romero's Dawn of the Dead, but thanks for playing.
I try to stay out of the movie theatres, movies are an utter disappointment to me anymore.
~ Malkavian Raven
what we really need around here is a dollar movie theater. there was one in san antonio. it played all the big name movies, but you have to wait months until they stop showing in the big theaters. it's almost like waiting for a movie to come out on dvd, but it's completely worth it. tickets range from $1-$2 depending on the night. 3D movies are an additional $1. you really can't beat this, especially since so many movies these day are not worth $10 to see. so if anyone has start-up business capital and an old theater to buy, please put a dollar theater back in baltimore
i'd say give it a chance. i watched it again last night because my girlfriend hadn't seen it yet. let me clear up the review a bit. it seems like there are two movies here. one with weak young first x-men that i could do without, and one compelling adult story between the main characters. i don't want to tell you too much 'cause i hope you'd enjoy it. as far as comic book movies go, i can see it if people trash First Class because it's not comic book faithful. and i hate it when movies get it wrong. but i tend to forgive this one for the main story alone.I didn't even bother seeing First Class. I heard so many bad reviews and accounts from friends.
just my opinion, i like X-Men First Class more than Avengers.
Avengers kinda bored me
Xmen did have a couple or few weak characters but the development of the main people beginning to end was what makes it better than Avengers.
alright ravens of texas, i just want to check in since the season is approaching and i can't contain my excitement.
my family and i are san antonio based and we watch games at fast eddies on culebra because it's usually empty at noon, and we get the audio. occasionally we head to austin for the official raven's nest at The Tavern. if anyone knows how to watch this year's preseason games, let me know!! i don't think NFL ticket for direct TV will have the games
well jennie debbie and donna, i too have moved to texas and i've been to the ravens nest in Austin and it was great. i recommend it since i haven't found a best place to watch the game in San Antonio

you point to one guy we acquired when he was in his late 30s?
do you think harbaugh would draft a guy like steve smith?
