  1. Ravens have overlooked local talent in the past (i.e.: Diggs from Maryland). There are 2 strong candidates down the road in Blacksburg VA (Virginia Tech) that are high on the Mel Kipers list. Isiah Ford (WR) and Bucky Hodges (TE). Hodges has the same build and strength at Gronkowski with NE and Ford is similar to Smith Sr and can even return kicks (would risk him as Punt Returner)
