Personally I thought that film was great though. It's probably the definition of "something else", but it has a great soundtrack and manages to make you think even though it incorporates a lot of fart jokes. Which is totally weird. One of my favourite movies of last year in the end...

Yeah, kind of looks that way in all the previews. But twists just for twists sake aren't anything anyways, in my opinion. If a show does everything else well, I don't really care if the outcome is foreseeable.^^

Money talks is probably the saddest sentiment about the modern sports world.^^ Anyways, the difference in attendance between the old NFL Europe an current football teams in Europe is stunning. I know the gap in play is huge and marketing far away from NFL standards, but it's amazing how they were able to mobilize people compared to todays status quo.

This btw amuses me sometimes. I know it's impossible to prevent the MVP from winning OPOTY, because the vote is not public, but I really think the NFL should think of some way to change that. The MVP is almost guaranteed to be an Offensive Player, but at the end he is not necessarily the best in my opinion. OPOTY "only" rates outstanding play, while the MVP should be one who made everyone around him better and got his team somewhere. I know all those traits aren't exclusive to each other, but that sometimes bugs me. ^^

Wenger is interesting in that case. I'm not a fan of a lot of his decisions and general "doings", but I don't think there are many manager out there who'd do better with this club at the moment. Which is not a good place to be.^^

Funny how quickly things change. That was not that long ago and Arsenal have since then lost to Watford of all teams and of course that non very competitive game at Stamford Bridge happened. Well, at least Mustafi still believes in the title. Whyever.^^

It wasn't only the no-huddle style though, the were snapping the ball very quickly in general. Probably because his QBs were never that good and he just eliminated some of the usual pre snap reads to make it easier for them. All in all I think he could work as an OC, kind of like Rex. (I like that comparison a lot actually), but he'd need a strong head coach who can sort of control him in a way. Otherwise I think I'd just lead to the D being gassed all the time...

I always forget that that factors in as well and drives guys to Miami and other "friendly" locations concerning taxes. Probably too much of a "romantic" view about the sports world still. An NFL team in London would in general just seam odd, though. Travel too games away from home is far enough in the US already, you don't need 8 teams flying to London every year. (Well actually you kind of got that already...^^) Plus what team would want to make the cross Atlantic flight 8 times in a season, not factoring in possible play offs?^^ I really believe a new version of NFL Europe could be successful nowadays. The view of Football in Europe has changed so much in the past years...

The (slightly) dropping SB ratings could also be credited to the teams playing in it I think. Everybody has seen the Patriots a lot in the SuperBowl (though some people would probably just tune in to see them lose) and the Falcons are not that big a team, compared to the real heavy weights in the NFL. Even though they had a terrific O they also weren't as hyped as the Panthers were all season last year. One also should consider the fact it was not the celebratory 50th edition.^^

That actually sounds gread, should check that out. I finally need to get around to see Westworld, too. The reviews and opinions are amazing, but I haven't found the time to actually watch it. At least Suits is back on. Not the greates show on earth, but always seams entertain me quite a bit.

Well that would probably be a better idea than actually moving a team to London, as has been discussed sometimes recently. Apart from the fact that probably no FA would want to join a team abroad (putting the "small market" problems of some teams on another level, even though London is no small market at all^^) it would also be a logistical nightmare, the travel times should not be underestimated. Being a global league is a nice goal, but at what cost? That being said a new version of NFL Europe would be very nice, it would probably heighten the level of play in Europe and would serve as a further push to the sport there. The groundwork is probably much better than the last time NFL Europe was around.

So I guess that leaves me with: I'll take 29. I'd be the guy brought here by PaRAYdise, as mentioned in the discussion thread by him. ^^
