  2. A little surprised that Powers didn't go to Dallas after they lost their entire defensive secondary.
  3. I don't understand why Jeremy Zuttah's dead money is still with the Ravens since he was traded. Shouldn't his contract go with him to SF?

    Ravens withdrew his contract. He can sign with anybody as an unrestricted free agent.
