Coaching staff is stale and out of step, that means ALL of them. Why is Harbs still here???? Draft picks, why is Newsome still here???? We have been waiting for his GREAT receiver for 15 years. Look at New England, I don't care who plays receiver they win. They have a QB who wants to ONLY win and will do what's needed to get the players the ball. We have Mr. either throw to the other team or into the ground. It's just sad to see what has happened to this team.

Keep NT – Brandon Williams, and even Mallet, clear house on anyone over age 27. Draft for size and speed with speed the most important factor. Our DB's are just short and slow. Our receivers scare NO One and for gods sake find a RB. Number 9 with ALA. would be a good choice, BIg, Fast something we haven't had since 2000. Just think what might have happened it we could have killed another 3-4 minutes in the last game with the Steelers. Lost to the Raiders buy dumb coaching calls. That's was with at best a 8 & 8 Team. Don't forget that Flaaco just stinks.

He should leave, go to a winning team. Kiss an 8W & 8L team good bye.

Come on, they have to cut Flacco's pay and if he doesn't like it, trade him. It's just a 8w & 8L team with him like the past few years. We can get rid of his salary and start a young, mobile QB who will at least try to may plays and have money to add a few playmakers at the many other needed positions. Lets draft for what we actually need, not just the player Newsome wants to have hanging around and not even playing. Trade up, get 2-4 this year and 2-4 next year and we can turn the corner. Look what New England and the Steelers do, WIN.

Everything in life runs in cycles. Our front office and coaching staff are stale. The last thing we need is Hard calling plays. Look at his picking coaches, Newsomes last 4-5 years of drafting? Maybe 1-2 players a year. Every years he looks for another wide receiver and he fails. He can pick one or two defensive players but knows nothing on offensive players except O-lineman one every 4-5 years and then they leave.
CHANGE, WE NEED CHANGE

Flacco must take a pay cut or he can be traded. Look at Dallas, Philly and their young QB's. Flacco poor passes and his unability to read defences why would we miss him. He has just one great pass to Jacoby in Denver. How many does Brady have?? To many to count.
Dumervil hardly plays and the O line needs help, again look at what Dallas did in the draft the past few years.
Then get 2 DB's ,a Suggs replacement and a RB who can carry the ball more than 1-2 years. Just keep those Ala./ Clemson players flowing in.

Just BAD.  They say with a QB coach things will get better.  How long has FLacco been playing?  He doesn't need a coach he needs to be shown the door.  He just can't read defences.  Poor throws after more poor throws.  He just doesn't seem to care, his money is in the bank, so why should he worry.

Swap draft choices to get a few high ( will play NOW ) picks.  QB, OF linemen, Suggs replacement, at least two DB's and what do they call those guys in the back field that can carry the ball over 1-2 yards at a time?  We need 2-3 of those guys.

Forget the draft the best player on the board stuff, trade up and draft a player that can play NOW!!!!! There is always players to sign after the draft. Look at the guy we got from NAVY??? Why did they sign the guy? Just to say we have him? Play the young guys, they are better that the SLOW players Harbs put on the field in 2016.
New Coach, New QB and get some fast DB's

Everything about the coaching staff and player performance has declined since Ray Lewis and Ed Reed retired. No Kickbutt player left. How and why keep these people?

Lets just write off 2017 as another lost year. No offense, No quarterback, Nothing changing. Thank GOD I don't have season tickets to throw away!!!!
