We have to get another starting O lineman, a center, a RB who can get more than 2-3 years at a time, then DB's. Everything starts with the O line. Look at Dallas, Steelers, Falcons, New England. Look at the time those QB's have to read the D and find receivers. We all know how SLOW Flacco is at everything and if we are stuck with him, then O line is the most important piece to fix.

If Jerry Rice or Raymond Berry were both 21 and in the draft Ozzie wouldn't pick them. He just can't pick offensive players, that's why we don't have any good ones. Only "past" defensive players have won the big games for us and those players are long gone. We need SPEED everywhere.

The teams that got to the playoffs had a good O line. Pass blocking and opening holes for runners. We are two players short on the O line, starting at center. The Cowboys and Steelers both got better through the draft and picking O line players first. We also need the ALL-WORLD receiver Ozzie has been talking about for 15 years, but he would never pick one. He has to learn to trade up and get at least two starters every year. WE need DB's, QB, WR and those O linemen. A new head coach maybe needed after next year. It may even be time to replace Ozzie.

Ozzie will take his idea of the best player on the board, not a player he can plug right into the defence/offence. Then they just hang around for 2-3 years and fade away or if he does play well, he doesn't want to pay him and he leaves. What a waste.

You must be kidding. The state of the Ravens the past 4 years is downward, not playoffs. Everything runs in cycles and the front office and coaches need to be changed. Then start on the players. We need youth and speed.

You want to invite quarterback Joe Flacco on future trips??? Why ??? They can't manage himself on the field, why in the world would you want him to help manage the whole team??? I guess next they would invite Larry, Curly and Mo to the meetings.

Do you know who the QB are going to be in the AFC championship game are going to be? They only have 6 Super Bowls wins between them.

Wake up!! Flacco is the one that sucks. All Ravens SB have been won by defence.

We all know that how a player does in college and the NFL is not always the same, but if someone has the potential to step in and start and you have a big need in that position DRAFT him. The best play on the board may NOT be the position we need filled by the player Oz selects. Some older player are very smart and know how to read the plays, but are often the injured guys sitting on the bench. Going young with speed can only help our slow Ravens.

Now they want to get a QB, thank god!!! We sure need one with good old "got my money in the bank" Flacco missing receivers so much. Trade him and lets start over. Just think of the players they could bring in with his salary gone. Add 1-3 good draft choices and even at 8 & 8 again in 2017 we can only get younger, faster and better.

When the other teams players are beating your players to to outside, then chasing the other guys and can't catch them, its time to wake up. Maybe for 2-3 games a year the OLD guys can keep up, but for 16 and hopefully post season games?????? Ray Lewis and Ed Reed were MONSTERS on the field until the last two or three. Reeds sholders were so bad he couldn't stop someones Grandma, but still the smartest player on the field.
I'm sure we all miss them. Ray had the FIRE to get the team up, now we don't have that FIRE from anyone.

Keep Rick Wagner, Brandon Williams and fullback Kyle Juszczyk. Cut Flacco's pay to afford these guys and then the any additional cap money can go for 1-2 free agents. Then change the way you draft to offer additional picks to move up in the first three rounds and get players who can play NOW. Except for 3-4 player most of the Ravens picks since 2013 suck.

As bad as this team is becoming they should find as many wearing brass knuckles as they can.

Flacco has to think to much, blame it on the coaches. Thats just plain BULL. They guy has to much money now to care. Trade or cut him. His poor passes, interceptions get the offence off the field after just three plays, other team scores, Flacco goes out for just three more plays and that cycle doesn't seem to end week for week. He just hasn't got it any more.
Look at Tom Brady or Big Ben. I don't care who's on the field with them, they fight every play to WIN. Flacco just walks off and gives you that "so what, who cars" look.

He has to go out and get a kick-butt GM. Ozzie was once very good, but the past 5-6 dratfs show he just doesn't have it any more. Just time to move on. That's just how it is in sports. When your hot your hot, when you are cold you are GONE!

Pay Brandon Williams and right tackle Rick Wagner to keep them. As for the coaches, the Ravens had one of the largest NFL coaching staffs, and the best they could do is 8 & 8. Without the right players, keeping a QB that still can't read defences we will be lucky to stay at 8 & 8. Trade up in the draft and get at least 2 starters. RB and DB first then linebackers.

We lose one guy, get another to do the same thing? Can he really do it? He will ONLY need a O line and at least two good RB. We don't have either.

Clean house and we still get an 8 & 8 team, but one with a strong future. Ozzie's 16 year dream of a super receiver has just been a bad dream for the Ravens. Draft the player we NEED NOW not the old best player at any position on the board. His version of the best player has just been pure crap.
Stick with players in the top 25 teams and just a peek at other teams. Look at Bama's and Clemson's defense, there is at least 7 starters and 4-5 on offense.
Get real players who can start NOW. What's with the guy we signed from Navy?? Why sign them if you can't play them.
Cut the OLD SLOW guys, save cap money and get young fast players.

When the owner of the team says his QB his "decision-making and accuracy were shaky at times" says all we need to know about Flacco. He needs to go, after 10 years and only 2-3 good years its time to move on. Trade him and get rid of that salary and we could pick up one ot two really good free agents. Trade up in the draft and forget taking the best player, draft for actual NEEDS, like people that could start day one ( like Stanley ). Newsome just has to get smarter or leave.

Keep Suggs and Pitta. At least they play most of the games, cut everyone else. Since the team/Owner/Coaches don't seem to be in a hurry to fix anything just cut everyone they can and start over with fresh players. Maybe in 3-4 years we will get to the playoffs.

The past few years have been so bad. Flacco deserves most of the O blame and the secondary the rest. Don't fire poor performers, just more of the same. Season Ticket Holder do your duty and don't get them for 2017. Empty seats in the stands, that will make the owner notice!!!.
