1st Cornerback, 2nd LB or DE, 3rd Center, 4th a RB. Trade the other draft picks to move up in each of the first 4 rounds to get a quality player. We have enough bench warmers. I would love to see us get TE Howard from Ala. We then could cut the other thousand TE's we have warming the bench.

We would like to have kept a lot of people the past 5 years. CAP SPACE is the name of the game and we have nothing left after paying "old 3 and out Flacco" the mother load. So we will just have to be happy with 8 and 8 seasons until Flacco and about 3 other OLD GUYS are gone. Maybe 2020 could be a playoff year.

If the front office isn't already looking at all the dynamics of the drafting process that has progressively declined since the advent of John Harbaugh as HC, they're doing the Ravens organization and its loyal fanbase a disservice. You got that right. How many fast WR's and TE's do we have on this team? Problem is that speed doesn't have to catch the ball, and that's what's wrong with these guys, they CAN"T CATCH a cold. Where's Todd Heap and Bolden when we need them????

You guys have to face the facts. Except for Todd Heap and signing Bolden Ozzie can't pick WR's or TE's. How many WR's and TE's do we have?? A thousand or more ?? Some of the guys Ozzie picked are FAST but they didn't come with hands that can catch. Our main problem is our BAD secondary that can't cover someones grandmother and "old 3 and out Flacco" trying to play QB.

Mel Kiper past draft picks haven't been that great, so who cares who he likes. We have Ozzie and have to live with his picks and his picks the past 4-5 years they haven't been that great, so we are lucky to get 8 and 8 seasons. Baltimore ranks last for continuity among teams with the same GM and head coach, what else is new. Maybe smart coaches and players don't want to come here "same GM and head coach".

West and any other RB is not going to do well with our O Line. Wagner will be gone, our center is just bad and the TE's and WR's don't know how to block down field and/or catch. With "old 3 and out Flacco" at QB the offense will not be on the field that much to start with. Defense will be out of gas by half time. Face it, 8 and 8 will be a GOOD year for this team. Where's our next Ray Lewis and Ed Reed????

Yes, keep Kamar Aiken, the FB , QB Mallett and give Chris Matthews one more year. There's not much left except bench players or the two "Break the Bank" guys we will just have to let go. If they could get "old 3 and out Flacco's" cap money lowered then we may have a chance to pick up a 2-3 good free agents. Better yet, trade Flacco. I'm sure mallett could get to 8 and 8 in 2017 and 2018. Why pay Flacco all that money. Think of the cap money we would have to pick up some really good players!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't tag any of these guys. We the coaches, QB that we presently have we are at best a 8 and 8 team for the next few years. Why over pay more players.

Hire Ed Reed !!!!!! What we have now for coaches isn't much given the teams record the past 4-5 years. We need some Kick Butt coaches. I'm sure Ed Reed could do that with the poor secondary players we have now. He surely can't hurt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tryrod Talor bad news for the ravens if he signs with Cleveland, you bet. He knows our "OLD" defense and will run circles around those old guys. He also knows our "3 and out Flacco" isn't getting better, he's getting worse. The Browns or any NFL team will love having the Ravens on their schedule. The players are too OLD, too SLOW and coaching isn't that great either. We are stuck with 8 and 8 being a good year.

We all know Ozzie can NOT draft WR's. As for "3 and out Flacco" he has become one of the GREATEST "over paid QB" in NFL history. He needs to go. How many second stringers could we sign that would also get us to 8 and 8?? With the cap money we would save we could start to rebuild a OLD and SLOW team.

Guys that are old, injured or suspended? What a cast of players we have at TE. Time to just cut most of them. Trade up and try for Howard from Ala. A truely gifted TE. Hoving a cast of old, injured and/or suspended TE is a waste of good cap money. Ozzie's past 5 drafts have just been bad. Out of 55 drafted players over the past 5 years we get 2 maybe 3 guys who know how to play. Just a very poor record. Maybe it's time Ozzie called it quits.

Mornhinweg will continue to coach the team’s quarterbacks. That pretty much means another "BAD" year in 2017.

Hire Ed Reed to help, train, give our secondary a lot of attitude. I guess Harb's is just afraid he would be to strong to deal with. WE NEED ED!!!! Let Harb's go. Anyone can coach a losing team.

No to Cruz. To may injuries. He could breakdown just like Pitta does. We need young, fast WR's that can play like the guys Brady has in New England. They must be able to go over the middle, take a hit. First draft a CB, a TE ( Howard from Ala. ), then let all but one of our TE's go. Get a center, LB, then someone to take Wagners place, another CB, then a BIG RB.

Have they hired him yet???????? I don't think Harb's wants someone so popular on his coaching staff. Most of the players that have left spoke up and he doesn't seem to like to hear that some don't think he's that great. Because he's NOT. He just had a very good defense and a few lucky passes from "old 3 and out Flacco" on a run to the SB. Without Reed, Ray Lewis and 2-3 others on defense he's just a average coach.

We need a CB first, LB, a "Center" then another CB. Don't let Ozzie select another WR, he just can't pick the good ones. TE Howard from Ala. would be nice and cut all but one from the pack of TE's we have but DON"T produce. Pitta can go, he's over due for another breakdown, save cap space. A few of the OLDER and can't produce players must go, also saving cap space.

First cut to OLD slow players eating up cap money. Then get "old 3 and out Flacco" to help with cap space. He NOT worth what he's getting paid. I would rather see Flacco go. Offer Williams a good deal, but don't break the bank for him, save money for other players we need. We have let to many good players walk.

If the TE from Ala. is there in the draft, take him, cut all but one from the gang of TE's we have. Whom ever they keep just make sure he a healthy one. Pitta can be cut, to save some money. He is due for another breakdown anyway. Please don't draft another WR. We know Ozzie can't pick the good ones. We need CB's, LB's DE's and a center. A starting QB would be great. "Old 3 and out Flacco" must go SOON!!!!

Well he has his Super Bowl ring might as well go into acting. That's correct becasue he isn't a first string QB anymore!!! In the NFL it's how many games he wins that counts and given what he has done the past 4 years he's has to be dropping downward real fast. Winning games is all that counts.

If they are looking at O line help start at the center position. Our center always got pushed around, couldn't help in opening even a small path for RB's.

We must trade up and trade picks to get players that could start. DL, LB, CB, we need all of them but they must have SPEED. We have to many OLD and SLOW players on "D" now. Secondary is a joke. We have to get SPEED to keep up with the good teams.
