Just my opinion maybe, but it seems like while the team has so many weapons, the problem with consistency on offense is partly because they haven't done a good enough job to scheme plays for the talent they have. Sometimes they do and it works really well (Ex. Campanaro reverse sweep) but overall they need to call plays that better utilize their weapons. That's why teams like the Pats do so well, because they scheme for their skill players to do well (ex. Gronk in isolation, Edelman/Amendola over the middle, etc.) It would be nice to see more crossing routes for Perriman to use his speed, screen passes to Juice and better run packages for the running backs to be successful. We know they can do it because when they applied a targeted strategy in the Miami game they lit it up. Take that same philosophy and apply it each week and let your skilled players do what they do best and relieve some pressure from Joe so he doesn't feel like he needs to force things to make a play. If Marty has an offseason to prep, there's no reason why these changes can't be made, but they need to have someone willing to make them... Cheers from Canada and GO RAVENS!
