Is Flacco willing to sacrifice a chunk his family time and put the work in? Is he willing to get out there during the off season and work hard and go in at 6am during the season for film study? Harbs says they are close to being really good. They are also close to being really bad. Just as close to 5-11 as 11-5. Let's not forget how undisciplined this team is at 8-7. Penalties has been such a big part as to why they are. Again yesterday with Zuttah in a big spot. The coaches don't seem to have done anything to correct it. This team doesn't have the leaders and talents like Lewis, Reed and Bouldin to overcome and correct these issues on the field. It has to come from the coaches to instill it into them. I'm just not sure if this is a strong point for Harbs. If not it better become one.
