    People have been claiming for years that Dallas pays off the refs. Happens eveRytime they win a game, and yet they have not won squat for 20 years. Must have underpaid them. Doesn't sound like Jerry, though. If anything, he is more likely to overpay. Cowboys got lucky all right. That was when they got both a possible franchise quarterback and running back in the sane draft.
