Let powers and Aiken walk for sure sign juice and Brandon Williams depending on his price tag and I'd love to see us pursue Alshon Jeffery or Garçon and Morris Claiborne... I think we draft a pass rusher and I think Suggs and doom get another chance these men have been playing through injuries let them get healthy and see what happens some of you over react we are a good team I just don't think this was our year we are competitive... we just need to fill some holes I think next year after looking at the schedule could be a 11-5 year as Eric Weddle said we will be back here next year on the right side of things give Marty another year we can't sign anyone better and pees I think deserves another year unless someone better is on the market but I don't think there are coaching changes
We need to act on Alshon Jeffery or Garçon IMO we need someone to replace SSR period

Let's get a grip and realize that since 2000...in the AFC only the pats have more Superbowl trophies than the Ravens. Yes, I feel 2006 and 2014 were ours for the taking as well....but a broken-down Air McNair (RIP) and a cheating (not giving us time to sub, barely declaring eligible receivers and deflated balls) pats team cut those seasons short.
Just saying that we have been a fortunate organization during the Billick and Harbaugh eras considering we had to withstand two of the best ever in Brady and Manning both being in the AFC. And also having to deal with another Hall of Famer in Big Ben. The fact that the Ravens have had success at the highest level is amazing considering the last 16 years have been unprecedented in NFL HISTORY in terms of the AFC having 3 of the best QB's in NFL history playing at the same time!
Let's remember to give the Ravens Organization their just due! we weathered a severe storm....
I've been trying to say this since I came on these forums this year

I really just want a WR if we get a big ticket WR and another CB I'll content with us going into next season
1 minute ago, PuRock said:I'm with you though. I would love to get a dominant #1 WR. Sadly with Ozzie and John running the show, they will probably never take a chance on a super diva like OBJ, Dez, or Sammy, which rules out a lot of top playmakers at the position. Because they don't fit the "Ravens culture"
Yeah when I think of someone like that I think Andre Johnson for some reason just a top flight WR that I feel like fits the "Raven culture" obviously long gone but just someone that came to mind when I read that
3 minutes ago, PuRock said:Too be fair. Antonio Brown was in a lower class than Julio and OBJ coming out of school. A round six pick that was a very deep gem. Those are sort of hard to gauge. And having an elite #1 receiver has never guaranteed you a SB.
For sure and I understand all of that but Joe has never had that target like Eli can look to OBJ and they just know to turn it up and they trust each other or Ben with AB the only person I think Joe has is Dennis and there is only so much a TE can do I understand drafting one would be hard but a FA WR if there are any gems out there idk who all will be on the market but someone young and good... Joe I really wish we never let Q go I loved him and I hate knowing SSR is done I may love him more

No disrespect to Williams or Wagner, but I feel decent about their potential replacements- Pierce and Lewis. Juice coming back probably depends on who the next OC is. The biggest needs are probably at OLB, WR, and CB (like always), but I don't think we need any unnecessary draft reaches or overpays.
I feel better than I did 2 hours ago and I'm already excited for the draft and offseason.
I don't think we need a change at OC I think Marty deserves a full offseason to do what's he really wants with this team
I honestly just don't think this team was good enough this year that's why I think this game hurts for me but doesn't hurt like a playoff game like I thought it would if that makes sense I really think keeping everything how it is and building will make this team very good next year in my unpopular opinion I have Joe till then bye a free pass he was coming off a major injury that he shouldn't have been back from yet as it was and he had never dealt with a major injury before I excuse his first half of the season play but it's quite obvious once he was trusting of himself and his knee again he looked better then ever I think we are in for a treat in 2017
Mike is good but he isn't someone you build around none of our receivers are every year it's the same stuff we never give joe anyone who is an AB and Julio and OBJ we leave him with very good old players which is fine but once he builds with them they're gone I think it's ridiculous I think it's time we spend some money on a WR in FA and if we get someone good I see good things next year we may have found a new ray rice in KD and Twest is good too just gotta incorporate them more kinda dumb I think with a full offseason with Marty with offense will look good IF we sign a WR we have Benjamin Watson back next year too I can't wait to see what him and Dennis can do
I think this upcoming year is it for sizzle and I don't think his play has regressed enough for him not to get that starting role he is the emotional leader of this team how I look at it is this team is pretty young I think we have something brewing here I think there should be no major coaching changes and I think we have to draft a WR or get one from FA for Joe and I mean a big Tim receiver if from free agency I don't think this team is in too bad of shape with Tavon getting a year under his belt I think he will be good but I do think CB is a major concern for us I'm hopeful for next season it stings right now thinking about today and this season but next season could be huge for us we are a decently young team if you look at us minus Suggs and SSR but I know SSR is done and I think that's what saddens me the most I love him and I really wish he could ride out on top
The season came down to the defense and they choked I can't believe we lost because of our strongest force this year so angry
Personally I think we play best in this position but it's a toss up to me we will see should be fun to watch... actually not fun to watch at all I hate watching these games my blood pressure ain't built for this Lol idk if the Dolphins winning or losing Saturday makes it any better cause we either have it all on the line or there is small hope
23 minutes ago, Rav'n Maniac said:If the Phins lose and we lose, they would control the wildcard spot as they would still be a game ahead of us as they are right now.
If the Dolphins lose this week and we lose they're a game up that's why I'm saying would the pats let them win cause if we beat the bengals and they lose we are in we hold the tie breaker cause I figure the Pats fear us a bit more then the phins
I was just pondering some things and does anyone else think there is a situation where the Dolphins lose this week and we lose and obviously we have the tie breaker with them and the Patriots let the Dolphins win to keep us out of the playoffs since they already clinched the east and a playoff spot
Everyone keeps talking about our record since the super bowl last year we had almost all our stars on the IR we went 5-11 get rid of that year and look at the record there isn't much anyone could do about last year I hate when that's brought up
4 minutes ago, jboy19 said:Le'Veon Bell has been injured/suspended so often, I can't actually remember if we've ever played him before.
Lol see first time we played him this season
i really don't get the offensive bashing except that last Int I really don't 27 points a good rushing attack besides that int joe played pretty well
Think I may be traveling down to old Pitt from Big Bens home town this week should be a classic I'm super excited
But hey all I care about is the W and the fact that I'm not in the hospital after that one wow my heart is still racing
I normally back Flacco but that pick was just a bonehead throw... is it just me or did it seem Joe was trying to force throws to SSR all game maybe they had a talk about getting him the ball cause that pick was a tight throw to SSR didn't see much there
Did you see the way Flacco pitched that ball he's so bad it's all his fault Dixon had to score cause he's so bad let's sign a rock Oswieler
3 minutes ago, Doomville said:The bad completely outweighs the good this season and if you think otherwise, well i don't know what to tell you. But anyways, i will stop the discussion about flacco here because this is not the thread for it.
I mean I know I won't change your mind or anyone's but I enjoy arguing with logic not emotions

I would love Garçon with Bershard and Wallace stretching the outside I like the Twest KD duo until we gotta pay Twest let him go and keep KD
