  1. I feel it's more about the ones who write the paychecks. Players are on the same level as each other in this sense.
  2. oh my.... and I just turned 25 yesterday!I pray for the family. And I should find some wood to knock on.
  3. I was late to this news as well due to pinned threads. This secondary might do things this year!
  4. If there's one thing negative comments are good for is motivation if the player actually reads these forums lol.
  5. I trust our FO to do the drafting over anyone else. If someone doesn't like a pick it's fine but to completely unload on a player on your own team seems like wasted breath. If you're right, good job someone now stinks on your team. And you can remind everyone how right you were if you're one of them guys I guess. If you're wrong, well you're not exactly gonna get his jersey now are you?
  6. We have someone here who is a true role model and I can root for him regardless of team. Glad he was drafted by us.
  7. I don't understand how people can conclude it's no big deal when it's possible they've been doing it for years and there's data that suggests that they are outliers in fumbles per play. It's not crazy to think that stat might be a result of tampering.
  8. Take the superbowl away! What a dirty little cheater that Tom Brady is!
  9. Oh look, we get LeVeon Bell's 2015 debut
  10. This is my biggest question mark. If we had retained Kubiak I'd already have playoffs checked off for this season. With Trestman, I'm hopeful but we won't know until this season gets rolling.
  11. I don't think that's accurate. Bradford has been much more productive than that in his times of non-injury.
  12. I ordered mine when he said the playoffs would be his last ride. It was a sound investment
  13. 29 is the one I want.
  14. More fitting for us than him, I'd say. (we won )
  15. Well you certainly pay a player more if you think/expect they will contribute more. Sure, maybe they see a spot of hope on a guy offering minimum. But I agree with the guy above that they must've had minimal confidence with his potential here.
  16. Don't trades within a division like never happen?
  17. If we don't get Forsett back I wouldn't hate signing Ahmad Bradshaw assuming his price would be fair. I don't think he can command too much with his injury history. Taliafero and Bradshaw sounds better than Richardson and Bradshaw. Maybe we can keep him fresh and healthy, which he's proven to be dangerous when he is.
  18. I thought he started trending downward one year before. I could be wrong. Edit: 60 receptions for 754 yds and 0 TDs. He missed a couple games in December for 2012 too. Not terrible I suppose, given I can't remember who was their QB.
  19. This is basicly all i play right now. Send me a PM for my gamertag if you need a swordbearer for the crota's end boss fight. Or for help with anything else. I'm on xbox1.
  20. But she was saying she believes the original story to be true which was 11 out of 12 were 2 pounds under. Not that story that conveniently allows you to, well, be a Patriots fan and blame everyone else. It's exactly what they would want people to think.Oh and I haven't heard anything of the Colts balls being a few ticks under. Not one, as far as we know.
  21. It's definitely a valid point. Kind of disgraceful if you ask me. It's like these guys providing the "hey I cheated too" statements are using this opportunity to get stuff off their chest with no consequences.
  22. iirc, many of our comp picks have amounted to very useful players. Like Wagner and McPhee.
  23. I see someone say "well all teams cheat" once in a while. It makes me wonder what exactly they are referring to. PED's are obviously unfair, but I think that's more of a player's action in general and not so much on the team. I can agree that all teams probably have PED usage somewhere, and I tend to criticize the player. What about instances where a coach or the FO are responsible and it more-so reflects on the entire team? It's probably my lack of knowledge but I can't name many. Spy-gate, bounty-gate, deflate-gate, crowd noise-gate. Then you have Tomlin stepping on the field, and deceptive play calling. I have a feeling the Patriots would stand out in the 'questionable actions' category based on what I know/remember. Edit: I have to disagree and say that I don't think all teams cheat. I only see one that seems to have an ongoing problem...
  24. Not sure where it's headed now but right now it looks like it might end with this technicality: no recordings of pressure. Seems fitting. Now Pats fans can hold onto the "they were deflated to begin with" argument while everyone else will still hold them responsible. The bottom line to me is that they are continuously bending the rules, either way, and I'd have much more respect for their success if they could stay out of this stuff. They are certainly a great team. But much of their success comes with one of these stories.
  25. I think we're all in agreement lol. Except for the "it definitely didn't change our game". I have no problem with you thinking that. All I can say is maybe it did, but I don't want to dwell there since it's a completely different timeline.
