  1. I think if you look back at the Superbowl wins you'll notice one consistent facet that is and has been absent from this team for some time. The Ravens ALWAYS had a target (reliable) on 3rd downs. Remember the amazing "drive-continuing" plays we had with Anquan Boldin? Whether it be with Derrick Mason (years ago) or Steve Smith or Boldin (during our Superbowl year) these guys had a knack for being tough, strong hands, committed and ran routes that didn't matter because all you had to do was toss it to them and they kept drives alive. We don't have that and it has had a huge impact and is a complete game changer to this team. Until we have that one player that no matter what can keep drives alive, we will always and continue to not convert on 3rd downs which has a devastating impact on the entire team; meaning it keeps our defensive units out there too long and wears us down.
