  1. I honestly cannot believe I am saying this but I believe the Ravens may need to move on from Joe Flacco. This offense has been sluggish for the last two years. Marc Trestman was fired, and nothing has changed. I guess Marc wasn't really the problem. I understand the O-line is banged up, I understand that receivers may be having problems getting open, but come on. There are zero passing touchdowns in the last two games. The offense has no energy and no creativity. I get tired of gearing up for the game and having a heart attack in every game. Joe is my guy, I was really happy when we picked him up but I am seeing that may have been the wrong pick after all. He played great when Ray Lewis was there, getting the team fired up. He could sit in the background and play quarterback. Now he has to be in the lime light. He has to be the front runner and lead the team. He just isn't doing it. He is proving he is not worth the 22 million he is making each year. A 22 million dollar quarterback can will his team to victory. Look at Philip Rivers, he and the Chargers can score any time they want and he is constantly losing line man around him. He just keeps playing and they keep scoring. The team goes as Joe goes and he needs to bring more emotion to the team. It is boring to watch this team play. Everyone knows what we are doing on offense and they aren't scared of us. When are we going to see the REAL BALTIMORE RAVENS TEAM that we have been expecting to see.
