  1. I have a feeling Elam is going to surprise a lot of people this season. Playing any position in the secondary is hard enough as a young player and they had him played 4 different positions during his first two years. He's now had almost 2 years to sit, watch and learn and for the first time will have an actually decent safety lining up next him. Lets go Elam!!! Show all these haters why we drafted you.
  2. The Ravens haven't had the killer instinct for awhile since we lost all of our alpha dogs and swagger. Whats killing us is how old and slow we look especially in the secondary, I don't know how much longer I can watch Webb give a 15+ yard cushion and still get blown by. Hopefully Elam will change that when he gets back. He still has a lot to prove but at least he doesn't look like he's running around with cement in his shoes
  3. 5 Things I'm looking forward to the rest of the season. 1) Matt Judon. If we lose the next game the season is lost and its time to see what the young bucks on this team can do. I want to see Judon develop with more reps, he's one of the few young guys that looks like they could be special. 2) Matt Elam returning. Webb is obviously not the answer nor is kendrick lewis or huff so might as well see what Elam can do in the last 8 games. He gets a lot of hate, but he still only 25 and has more potential than any safety we have now. 3) If any running backs emerge. West is good but not a game changer, right now we have 4 average running backs. Hopefully one steps up for next season. 4) What perriman has to offer. Steve will be gone next year, leaving us with Wallace and Aiken for next year, if perriman doesn't develop we will be in desperate need of a receiver in the draft again. 5) The draft, this team needs an influx off talent and playmakers in the worst possible way.
  4. Its about time big Ryan Jensen gets a little love. The guy brings some much needed nastiness to the o-line and creates running lanes every time he's on the field. He just needs to sure up his pass protection.
  5. Hate to say but Webb looked like a fish out of water on that last touchdown pass, missed an easy pick and has been a non factor all season. Hopefully they activate Elam from the IR after the bye week so we can see if he has any potential for next year.
