  1. Nobody! "In Ozzie We Trust" Go Ravens 2017!!!
  2. Does Steve Bisciotti read these comments?
  3. The entire coaching staff should be fired!
  4. Steve Bisciotti the 2017 NFL campaign has begun for you. 2016 is now in the rear view mirror and you have decisions to make. 1st critical decision is whether to keep coach Harbaugh. I hear a lot of chatter that the team needs stability at the HC position, and all that's needed is a new OC. What about a head coach who used to be an OC who is an offensive wiz. Or what about a HC who used to be a DC who is a defensive wiz? Do you need a team manager or a leader who will rally his players behind him even in meaningless games and play their best game ever? Do you want a leader who will instill discipline in his players and eliminate drive killing penalties or vice versa, penalties which favor the opponent? Please make your decision wisely on whether to keep Harbaugh or move forward in a fresh direction. 2nd decision Mr. Bisciotti is whether you allow Ozzie and DeCosta to run your team. I am sure I'm not the only fan who no longer "Trusts in Oz". Unfortunately we don't call the shots or they would be fired. You need for your GM to draft play makers even if it means giving up a couple of draft picks to move up in the draft. Obviously moving back in the draft to gain additional draft picks have led your team to be eliminated from making the playoffs 3 of the last 4 years. I'm sure you would rather have 3-4 play makers than 10-11 average (8-8) players drafted. Do you have the right personnel in place to facilitate your objective? 3rd decision Mr. Bisciotti ties in with your first decision. I am sure a new Head Coach will hire his own OC-DC including the position coaches. However, if you elect to retain coach Harbaugh in order to maintain stability like the Steelers did with Tomlin than you should know that your Offensive Coordinator should be replaced in order to return to the Ravens roots of a ground and pound running team. Also, your DC cannot keep going into a prevent defense and expect to win match ups. Yes Pees blitzes a lot, but are the blitzes disguised in the current 3-4 defense. Poor coaching on the defensive side along with average drafting has led your team to the current 8-8 record. Please put a stop and find a new DC. 4th decision Mr. Bisciotti is what to do with your current roster. Did the 2016 roster have the talent to make the playoffs and even win in the playoffs, and the coaching staff was responsible for the 8-8 record? Or did you have a talented coaching staff trying to coach average or below average players which led to the 8-8 record? Or worse off did you have average players and a sub par coaching staff in 2016 which led to a disappointing 8-8 record? Good luck in your off season decision making Mr. Bisciotti. No longer trust in Ozzie. Go Ravens!!!

  6. The day has arrived. Now Steve must make the decision on which way to steer his team. Should Harbaugh stay and continue leading the charge, or should he be fired and maybe someone like Josh McDaniels be given an opportunity to turn this team around. Should the Marty and Pees also be fired? The Ravens need to shore up the pass rush with youthful players who can pressure opposing QBs. The Ravens also need a stud cornerback who can stay healthy. Heck, even a playmaking wide receiver. However, who should lead the team??????
  7. Ozzy Newsome at the end of the season needs to evaluate coach Harbaugh's performance this past season, and ultimately make a coaching change. Tom Coughlin and Mike Shanahan are both available. Either coach would most certainly restore the discipline which has lacked on the team which has led to too many penalties. They have a combined 4 SB victories so both are proven coaches. In Ozzy We Trust. Go Ravens!!!
  8. If the outcome of Marty's call had been a TD nobody would be second guessing the play call selection. I bet Harbaugh would not even have mentioned the word VETO. Heck, he would probably be saying the call had his blessing and would be taking all the credit. Yet the minute the game was almost lost he threw his OC under the bus calling it "all-time worst play call". I agree with Tru11 that the "issue was the pathetic execution by the 9th year QB". Let me add a QB where the word "elite" surfaces every once in a while. All I can do is pray and hope that the Ravens win next Sunday securing a playoff birth. All I want for Christmas is to see the Steelers loose. The theme for the week Harbaugh and Co. should be to eliminate boneheaded decisions across the isle. "In Ozzy We Trust". Go Ravens!!!
  9. Coach Harbaugh is a master communicater who has the full attention of his team as evidenced this season. There is no doubt Harbaugh will rally his players who wI'll find a way to win the remaining 3 games. Nobody else is better suited for this upcoming task. Keep up the great coaching Harbaugh. "In Ozzy We Trust". Go Ravens!!!
  10. First order of business is to defend the home field against the Eagles. This is a must win game. Thankfully the Ravens have Harbaugh at the helm who is a master at firing up the troops. I'm sure Harbaugh is instilling a sense of urgency in his team. I can't wait to see the Ravens take the field on Sunday. No need to fast forward to the Steelers or Bengles. It's a one quality play at a time season from this point on, and I'm confident in Harbaugh and company. I bet if Trump owned the Ravens he wouldn't tell Harbaugh "your fired"! Go Ravens!!! "In Ozzy We Trust"
  11. Woulda, coulda, shoulda won't cut it when a struggling team plays the best team in the league. In the end, the outcome reflected the expected outcome. It was a disappointing loss just like the other 4 this season. Lack of running plays, a reliance on Wright who is subpar, Pees giving a 10-15 yard cushion to the receivers, Zuttah gaining 35 yards of penalties, etc. etc. etc.....the same old story. GO RAVENS!!!!
  12. The Ravens pass rush helped the secondary in the first half. However, in the second half, the front 7 run out of steam and allowed Dak to pick the secondary apart. At this point all I can say is Go Ravens!!!!
  13. It's game day, and the Ravens have a good chance of beating the Cowboys since the game will be won in the trenches. The Ravens are built just for this. As a Ravens fan from south Texas I had the chance to drive up to Dallas for the game. I can't wait for game time. Go Ravens!!!!
  14. This was a nice second half game to watch. Build off the momentum and carry it over to the next game. Hopefully Alex Lewis won't be sidelined from last night's injury. Next up the Cowboys who I hate as much as the Steelers. Go down to Dallas and take care of business one play at a time. The Ravens D is playing at such a high level, and it seemed like the Offense finally began to gel.
  15. I absolutely loved it. You nailed it SSS!!!! Congrats for a well deserving win. Go Ravens!!!!!
  16. Flacco is playing with the fear of re-injuring his knee causing him to lose focus on his game. This is a mental issue that only Flacco can solve. For now he will continue to regress until he snaps out of it which there are no signs he will. Someone give Mallet a chance PLEASE!!! Go Ravens!
  17. I certainly hope our QB actually shows up and plays as opposed to all the previous games this season.
  18. I'm glad we are getting key players back. I just hope we remain healthy the rest of the way. One game at a time from this point on. Go Ravens!!!!!!
  19. Obviously you didn't get the Memo. We are standing by Flacco until further notice. 2 more years yes I forgot to read it. Go Ravens!!!
  20. Joe's mechanics have been off lately so I hope this "little thing" was corrected over the bye. But what is going to cure the frightened look on Joe's face which have caused him to throw away the ball? Oh, I forgot, the return of a healthy o-line.
  21. I'm just worried about Flacco since he's been nothing but a liability the last 4 games. If Joe's dumb mistakes continue I hope he gets benched so that maybe it'll ignite a spark in our QB. Seems crazy to be talking this way about a SB winning "Elite QB".
  22. #1 Flacco's footwork wow c'mon are we talking about a rookie or what? He's a 9 year vet who's killing us with dumb plays game after game regressing on a weekly basis. There is motivation, no confidence, no passion it's like if Joe just sleepwalks. The idea about not being able to bench him is ridiculous. If Harbaugh had any good sense left in him he'd bench Flacco for Mallet in an attempt to save his locker room. I guess 120 million made Flacco LAZY! Go Ravens!!!!!!
  23. Great start coach Harbaugh in trying to end this downward spiral which has been out of control. Now it remains to be seen if you and your coaching staff will manage to put an end to it. I certainly hope so. Go RAVENS!!!
  24. I hope these issues are corrected over the bye week.
  25. WOW "a solid, healthy, functioning offensive line can work wonders". What about the other factors which have plagued the team all season long such as: 1. Poor coaching 2. Inconsistent play from Flacco 3. Special Teams missed tackles on kick coverage 4. Lack of a pass rush 5. Secondary missing tackles 6. Dropped passes 7. Inability of receivers to gain separation 8. Lack of Playmakers 9. Overabundance of penaltys 10. Offensive line's inability to block Some issues have been corrected, yet new ones have surfaced. All this chaos must have a starting point. In my opinion it starts with the HC and his coaching staff. Any opinions?
