Well, since the boards are closing soon, this may your last opportunity to give some feedback to Marty, our latest in a long line of Harbaugh OC's.

Honestly, if we see another steady diet of checkdown offense, he wont make it past the BYE. Some call it the West Coast Offense. The problem here, is Joe is not a west coast Qb, square peg in round hole.

Joe has won a ring already, throwing deep passes, we brought in Perriman to get past defenders, only to check down to Juice.

We used to see curls, deep crosses, outs, (to Mason, Boldin, Torrey) and now its a checkdown offense.

Marty needs to be watching past tape on Joe, sees what he does well, draw up similar plays,  and build the offense around that. Play to your players strengths, not make players play to your play calls.

I did like the frequent crossing routes Marty used last season, but for whatever reason,  we abandoned almost every other possible route options Joe used to have called from previous OC's, and that actually worked. Lets see some creativity this year, not predictabile vanilla offense, lets see Joe change plays at the los, based on what the D is showing him. Lets see some growth from our Franchise QB, and an OC who can call plays based on the personnell he has, not what he wants to do. Thoughts?

gawd u know a thang or to cuz you seen a thang or two

Like your early picks a lot. Looking forward talent at offensive line in later rounds is like looking for your contact lens in an ocean. I'm not a huge Elflein fan. I don't hate'em but not a fan really.

doan buy the noteshon that you make your pics based on who you thing other teams will pic.  you set down ur pics an rate them by need or best available joey has some has some hes off on none of which matta to the ravens so per joey if tenissee takes cory davis we take who? projectin what otha teams will do jus doesn't even matta

Who cares. Most fans don't buy a new jersey every year. I haven't bought a new jersey in like 10 years.

If you watch games on TV, you're a revenue source for the NFL and for the Ravens. Whether you know it or not, you're sending money to the Baltimore Ravens every time you watch them play.

If you think that not spending $100 every five years (of which the Ravens only actual get a piece of that in actual revenue and profit) on some jersey is somehow holding the Ravens accountable for anything, then not only are you incredibly naive and hypocritical, but you also have zero clue what "accountable" means.

didnt make a point to watch the ravens last yr. tuned in most times but no rittual any more.   havent been to a game since the yr after the championship. tv is losin accountable to the ravens not many prime time anymore

heres the thing though when a team is pickin at slot 16 that is the worstest place you can be.  you are not riding high at the playof leval you are not in it to win it wiff da best of da best.  you are not lookin forward to knockin noggins in the playoffs. you are jus cruising along at 8-8 or 7-9 or 9-7 missin the chance to shine in da playofs and than missin the chance at the best playas in da draff cuz you are pickin at slot 16 and the very best playas are usualy gone by than.  you pick at 16 you get a useful guy like cj mosely but you doan get a game change. you pic at 16 this yr and you get ur gm talkin trade back right off.  if u not the new England pats if u pick at slot 32 u get a guy like mat elam cleats and than you team start to decay. it decay cuz you got over valuated guys and next thang you kno you are stuck in limbo for yrs at 7-9, 8-8, 9-7 picin at slot 16 stuck unda the glas cieling that you can't brake trough unless u  da patriots. and this my fiend is wher we find urself.

so r da ravens becoming accounting for this limbo. yah they are

Correct logic, but not probable outcome.  The owner needs to make changes at the top or simply sit back and watch mediocrity, at best.

let the good times hes ready doin that. its calld watchful waitin hes already a cuple yrs behind makin the change agree 8-8 wuld be overcheivin

Do you really think fans are holding the team accountable now?

This is probably a joke but I legitimately think there is a good chance he is a bust. I can't put my finger on it but there's just something about him.

he wont be thar for us but afta reviewin his tape I wuld not take him early. most of his big plays come agains weak schools an his move is oftan not dinamic

    Is it litty?

If so... the reason no ones talking about him is bc no one has a clue who he is... and probably doesn't exist.

nope litty is my selecition for dinamic rebuilt. rossi and rmw knows who he is he is the type of playa that a team idenifies aroun an makes a cornastone peice like earl Thomas. litty is anickname for lightin people up.

my cb pic is in the "go wiff joe" draff wich Im workin on aint even rated in the top 2 dozen and I think he'll be there in the 4th ta 5th pic.  still workin on m y draff 100 and will post da top 100 by positshion in orda of perferance in a cuple wks for the draff contest

One more player I'm pounding the table for Deangelo Yancey WR Purdue very underrated player good Receiver just was on a bad Purdue footabll so he's more of a late round pick 5th or 6th round.

Plus the ravens have met with him 4 times during the draft process.

we rely met him 4 times when?  no combine 40 dash by eyeball is avarage he did score 10 tds last yr and oz and decost are sur eyein that but this guy look lik tanden doss all ovah again cept without the nfl combine. give him a shot as free agent but draff a wr wiff playmaka potential before that late if u wanna take him in the 6th jus for kiks sure why not oz betta be right if he go with him befor that

  12. wel if da plan is rely go with joe if thay thing joe can do it wiff tools wich I doan but if thay do he needs that olin solid and the man we sign hasta be 1st pic ramcheck. thars just no question the right side brok down to much an we lose wagnar.  now though I'm feelin the litty as a key to rebuilt I wuld work up to snatch th e litty

Great trade.  Have plenty of young guys to rotate and there was no way he was resigning after this year.  Could possibly get a solid player on a rookie deal because of this trade.  Curious to see what kind of deal he gets next year, and what round comp pick he generates. Not to mention the best part of the trade: more Pierce.

he was tradid doan thing theres any comp now that was the hole debat but agree peirce can mor than fil the bil

We don't need the best player available in the draft without regard to his position. We need playmakers who can step in on day one and make an immediate impact at specific positions of need - WRs, RT @ C on offense and CB, pass rusher and ILB on defense. We have seven picks and these are our seven biggest needs. Its not deciding who is the "best player available" on the board.

yah but u know 1 of 2 things happend either oz and decost got lucky in the 2002-2012 time fram or they both losin it now maybe both is possable.  when u have need u maintan ur draff positshon and fil em. u dont trade back for more pics unless u cant pic  the real life drama is that
