When you look at the report on Humphrey, it would seem like the things he needs to work out can be worked on, such as downfield coverage and tracking of the ball. It doesn't seem like he needs to be coached up on how to lay the wood.

So - I'll take that as a good thing. Hopefully he can get these issues fixed and quickly. It also is helpful that we've got a nice set of safeties to help on deep coverage. I know we don't want to rush him, but I'd like to see him making on impact on this defense ... sooner rather than later.

bowser is an excellent pick, wormley was disappointing and i think he might be the pick im most disappointed by, tim williams is an absolute steal, nico siragusa wasnt my first choice but philosophically he seems to be a great fit and he certainly is flashy at times, eluemunor was a guy i really wanted us to take at some point in this draft, chuck clark i dont want to be mean about but he feels a little like mr irrelevant in terms of offense/defense but i can see how he fills a need on special teams given the guys we lost this year (juice, elam, huff, orr and the fact that theres no guarantee waller will make the team for example)

I really think there's a disconnect between the FO and the coaching staff. Our personnel rarely reflects our scheme and philosophy. I think Pees and the FO are finally on the same page, but I don't think our offensive staff has ever connected with the draft team.
