  1. we don't draft well now. we lose it in the player vs player comparison. just cant believe we are standing pat........maybe they intend to rehire kubiak.....lol
  2. its smoke and mirrors, wagner and Williams are useful contributors nothing more they are not the type of player you pay to keep. the 'we drafted ok late" exuse was lame. if they were bona fide stars but they are not
  3. sure appears they are laying the groundwork to make flacco the 2018 scapegoater. really now? who has taken years to understand that you don't mess with flaccos chemistry, it sends him anxious? who has not figured that out? is it joe? no he didn't fire nobody. it was a bunch of hooey and the only guy he talked expectation about was Joe. he put it all on joe. he said fans got the pitchforks out but stevie b says he do knot. just don't get it, will a 7-9 year next year bring the "Playoffs ultimatum" for 2019. which year is the last year for the non Joe Flaccos? come on stevie b if one is not part of the cure one is part of the problem yah don't buy em everyone gotz a pass cept joe they kinda talked running game here we go again.........they keep forstallin the correction......its taking far too many years.
  4. Yep, he definitely chilled me out. He said nothing he could say would change minds, maybe not, but the way he said it and the manner in which he presented his decisions certainly changed my mind from anxious to relaxed. I'm down to just baffled by keeping Castillo now. once again if one is not part of the cure one is part of the problem. stevie b is killin us
  5. im not pleased with this article and don't accept the excuses the writer laid out. if the pitchforks are not out this year stevie b....when? Is 8-8 missing the playoffs next year enough to lite the lantern and chase the monsters out? is 7-9 enough? if one is not part of the cure one is part of the problem.
  6. wow well said in few words. hit that nail on the head when one has to read a book in counterpoint, you can tell a defense has been crafted
  7. Dalton signed a pretty big contract but yah hes better than joe but for the playoff record. we can find a cheaper Dalton though and furthermore we have to. I've appreciated joe flacco but its ovah. he needs a great oline a stud runnin game and receivers he can trust.and an effective defense. joe is what you call an expensive date. he is high maintainence, you know like the woman that has to salon every other day and coordinate outfits with accessories. buys tons of the best makeup and looks like a man unless shes got all her paint on. joe needs far too much paint. he got to go two good picks and he gone
  8. lmao, if the new gm search hasn't started we will be another year behind AFTER next year this is chronic, hey maybe Flacco can pull us out of it
  9. can read stevie b's mind at this point, "we were a tackle at the one yard line from beatin the steelers twice this year and advancin to the playoffs" I jus gotta give me boys one more go at it!!!!.....nevah mind we were up by 10 and collapsed again. nevah mind pees vaunted D turned into a wet paper bag for the umpteenth time again. Never mind we woulnd' have beat the beat up bengals anyway. never mind both weddle and mosely couldn't tackle a small Antonio brown. does anyone think ray lewis @ the same age of mosely wouldn't have stopped brown from scorin? Heck Lewis would have killed brown on that play. its sickening, we got a bunch of second tier players can't pay to keep the best of them and can't coach the ones we can keep. sick of harball, sick of bad drafts, sick of losing, sick of bisciotti. we need a miracle
  10. the fact that retreads like Wallace and pitta are considered indispensable to the rayvans really outlines where we are. then we keep our fish outta water OC and folksreally think we are gonna turn the corner with harball and newsomes latest batch of overdrafted players? if newsom was getting graded for a yahoo fantasy draft on the players hes picked in recent years he'd score just above the brownies Brandon Williams will be gone, not because he didn't produce but because he is not superstar Powers has to be gone. elam is not a football player. noticed traywick playin for Oakland tonight, he's got more football sense. there is no joy in mudville because all next year is gonna bring is another year. that's right Baltimore is now mudville. who is gonna change that?
  11. yah and we will still hear Stanley is a superstar. the number of times he was bulled over is on my DVR recorder
  12. lack of playmakers poor personnel due to misdrafts and bad coachin of mediocre personnel. this is where we are. when your best playmaker is clearly your kicker your deciders have missdecided often. cant draft em can't coach em can't keep em many rayvan fans just want to see the rayvans play. that's not good enough
  13. my expectations are high. missing 3 out of 4 and waving the surrender flag vs a beat down Bengals team is too much to take. the camels back is done broken
  14. as long as harball has enablers that believe he was a great coach in the early years and will accept losing with our current players he'll be safe. its sad to watch. we have fallen so far from the great period when we had playmakers and a mediocre coach. now we don't have playmakers and our coach is still mediocre at best
  15. nah can't support that any longer. joe is the prototype one hit wonder. we need to get some value for him for the tear down that is comin
  16. we are gonna be right back here next year at this time. keep thinking back to the 2008-2012 era when we had great players on our team, even then harball underachieved. we should have won more. now we have some decent players but only one star and that's our kicker. the bad coachin and decisions remain with us but we don't have the veteran superstar talent to offset the coachin and decision makin. its very sad and makes you feel that 2013-2016 were years where nothing happened and that 2017 will be another wasted year with harball in its current form. the time is now and nothing is happenin
  17. D but it would be nice to have a competent O
  18. yah, we lost 3 of last 4, embarrassed by a decimated Bengals team, couldn't stop the run, couldn't run the ball, couldn't score, lacked depth at key positions and we are standing Pat but for the Draft and Free Agency ! I love my Harball! Does anyone other than our owner seriously believe that a whopper of a draft can turn this all around? Come on Stevie you're killin us
  19. I gave grappleraven a big like and agree we have let our running game sour. still, we will be right back here next year with old coaches and older mindsets. its way past time
  20. cam newton is a walkin disaster they paid him too didn't they?
  21. its not just Joe, but have to agree its time to trade him and eat the dead money. we have to change course. our owner is saying "Stay the Course" though. we will be right back here next year.
  22. I don't want harball making the oc decision. Lets get a new HC and let the new man pic the OC. If its more Harballin we will just be forestalling it another year
  23. you gotta be kiddin me? you're taking his one great year and saying he's Tom Bradied us to greatness? Now I've read everything here. Trade baby trade. eat the dead money but get a good number 1 and number 2 for him. course that means we got to draft well and do you really want oz and company making those selections. Not so much.
  24. Fire Harball Fire Oz and DeCosta Hire a G.M. Hire a Coach Draft Defense and OLine
  25. yeah, its an overall degrade of talent. its not all on the coaches, you coach what you have, but the coaching ain't been good eitehr if its not scorched earth, i'll be both stunned and disappointed. we have to begin again
