I don't think a ball change can occur if the clock is moving. I had never thought about this before - just assumed that time was taken to switch the ball out no matter what the circumstanced. I wonder if Tucker has had to kick with the offense ball before or how often? It obviously affected him, but he still had more range than most kickers. If anyone is more familiar with the rules and how things work, would appreciate input.
