I'm happy we won back to back games. I noticed we need elvis back badly, He can help us wreak havoc if hev returms. The offense looked better in hurry up but flacco doesn't seem to throw the ball away for some reason. I hope whatever flaccos going through mentally it doesn't affect him down the strectch. We needed this confidence builder on offense badly.

We have chris mccalister (jimmy smith) & tavon young (duane starks) manning down the db spot.Joe is playing like trent dilfer and mike Wallace is Quadry ismail. I have a feeling we are looking at a 2000 raven type team just my opinion.justb trying to make sense of this season.

Try that against the patriots and see what happens.

We won this game despite Joe and I'm sick of seeing that all the time now. (Although it helped that Pittsburgh was stinking up the place so much, they looked a lot like us, including big Ben throwing like Joe!). When Mallett came in, I was excited! I'm not saying Malett is the future or that I was glad that Joe may have been hurt. I would't wish that on any player but it would have been nice to see a lower salary QB expose Joe for his crappy play. If Mallet would have stayed in there for one series and marched us down the field, all hell would be breaking loose now. I bet Harbs was sweating bullets too, for just that reason and Joe got off the field and came back really fast too. That's the fastest I've seen him move in a couple years. I think Joe was thinking the same thing. Didn't want to give Ryan any chance to show him up.

I peeped that too. Makes you wonder how mallet is during practice.

I've been saying all season Flacco needs benched. Been catching a lot of flack over it too until yesterday. Finally other people are seeing what I have been seeing. It's a shame because I was a staunch Joe fan ever since he came to us. I've made excuse after excuse for him. That has all ceased. He is the problem now, no mistaking it. He needs to sit at least one game and feel what it's like to be in that uncomfortable position. Then coaches need to remind him that if he doesn't start playing, that's going to be his new home!

Thank you...ive been the same with flacco but its became obvious since ray and ed left. Flacco doesn't check the D he just goes to the line then says hike...that's it. He doesn't scan the line he doesn't even try to trick the linebackers to mess with theyre heads or anything. He is horrible and only getting worse. I hate to say this but I was hoping mallet took his job but alas he came back.

Flacco acts like he doesn't have a clue to whats going on. He goes to the line and just says "hut hut hut hike" that's it. I'm really getting tired of flacco and he is the big reason why we lost 2 games out of the 4.

Alex is going to be a rock one day, Ive been watching him and hes doing alright for a rookie.Zuttah is the weak link.

I'm sick of the "We need to play better" crap. Stop talking to the media and conduct private work outs with the offense "JOE"! For the money hes getting paid he needs to show leadership qualities. I can careless if I don't see him talk to the media or even if br.com doesn't post anything about him. Instead of going home he needs to focus on his fundementals and become familiar with the wr tendancies.

We need to stop drafting squares. We keep drafting these squared, spoiled, deliver the news paper guys who have nothing to fight for and they are just collecting nfl checks. We need to start (go back) drafting those hard edge guys who came from the bottom and who loves football. Flacco is holding this team back with his awful decision making. I promise you if he releases the ball quicker he'll easily avoid a lot of hits and sacks. Brady line was awful last year but he released the ball that much quicker.

Personally, I think the problem with the Ravens occurs during the offseason and not during the time they are actually playing. We knew when we moved Webb to safety he was too slow to play in the secondary anymore but we ignored the facts and moved him there anyway. He was too slow to even react to Beckham as he flew by him even though he caught the pass 15 yards in front of him. We knew Shareece Wright isnt a starting NFL cornerback but yet we ignored it and stuck him out there. After being shocked the first week, he is what we knew he was. Drafting a rookie at left tackle and then turning around and dismissing your backup. We knew when we let Monroe go that our backup was Hurst and yet we did it anyway because Harbaugh didn't like his stance on things that have nothing to do with football. We knew SSS, Suggs, Yanda, etc... were long in the teeth, but we still put the load on them to carry the team and now we are short players because we are relying too much on old players. We could have had Ramsey which would have shored up our secondary and since Stanley has missed half his games and Kaufusi hasn't even played in one, we should have known. Once again, we have 2nd and 3rd round draft picks that just aren't producing. You should be able to plan on starting your first and second rounders and outside of Jernigan, I can't think of a second rounder that has amounted to anything in recent drafts.

I am sure if they polled the front office people like they have in the past, the Ravens FO which usually ranks in the top 2 or 3 would be a lot lower considering the results of the last 5 years of off season activity.

Ya know what harbaugh seems like he is taking the job personally instead of a win first approach.

Hello everyone? I have been a Baltimore fan since the Colts! When the Ravens came to town I was soooo ecstatic! Winning two Superbowls great. However, what I don't understand is why so many problems now? The Patriots always seem to step up with or without injuries? This is becoming a real issue with me? If John is such a good coach then the time for him to show is now. His antics and political like speeches aren't cutting it! One excuses after another from him> Iam beginning to suspect it might be time for a head coach change? I look at New England year after year moving winning playoffs. With average players? Football has gotten weak nothing like the years past. This is a sport for Pre- Madonnas? Com on guys lets play ball. Ravens I realize that there are good years and there are bad years but damn it has to end sometimes! Joe you got all that money? And now you suck? it could be blamed on lots of things but there was a time when we got the ball last and needed to score touchdown or field goal we were sure to win. So the superbowl run was a fluke? Joe you throw like some damn rookie who dosent have a clue you have regressed! Now we look like the damn Jaguars? SSS comes back for this? I've been a raven fan since day one and everywhere ive lived Baltimore gets no respect! No matter what we go through ill forever be a ravens fan, Times like this are difficult but its all part of the journey.
