I seriously don't know why would you feel that way. He is top 10 pick, easy - we were never going to have a shot at him.

What is your problem? I can't be pissed because we won't get a chance to have an amazing receiver in Williams? I literally just said he's gonna get picked before we are up.

I've said all along Williams is the next coming of AJ Green and he will catch almost anything in his direction. Something Flacco has needed forever. Since none of the other receivers can consistently find separation. Him at 6'4 and Perriman at 6'2 gives the team two giant targets with more speed with Wallace. Would be awesome to watch.

I'd honestly be all for trading up to get him if he falls out of the top 10. Screw needing more picks lol

  3. I think it's probably:

1: A receiver that compliments Wallace and Perriman.

MWill, Corey Davis, JuJu, etc would be great

    2: RT/C/G

I feel like the FO likes our in-house options for at least one of the open spots on the line, and the other starter will prob come from the draft. Or maybe we sign Mangold for a year, ya never know.

    3: Edge Rusher

I'm perfectly fine with Suggs and Judon as the starting OLBs. There's no doubt in my mind that Suggs can still play at a high level, and I really like Judons potential, but behind them I don't see much, as I don't even think ZDS is worthy of a roster spot at this point.

    4: CB

Need depth for now and a starter for the future.

    5: DL

I really think we will be fine here, I think Urban can make a big impact and replace Guy. I feel like one of Davis, Henry, Kaufusi etc has to turn out to be a starting caliber player, but just in case, we should probably grab another in the draft.

I've been giving it more thought since I've recently read reports about us having interest in Cam Robinson and....

Yeah Cam Robinson would still be terrible. Probably the worst pick we could make. And I have this gut feeling we take him. Say what you want about the Correa pick last year, I think given the success that Zach Orr had last year that Correa could hack it at ILB at a pretty decent level like Orr did.

So Ozzie. You don't take Larmey Tunsil, clearly a superior physical talent and has a higher ceiling than Stanley because of drug concerns(a move I actually agree with. I don't need my players being the next Randy Gregory/Josh Gordon), but Robinson has drug concerns and there are reports out that we really like him? Freaking hypocrite. Tunsil had upside. Robinson does at guard, but he has a low floor. I swear to god when he takes him...

But yeah. I'd like to add a name to the list: Christian McCaffery. Not that I hate him as a prospect, in fact, I like him a lot, but we have far more pressing needs. I know he's rumored to go in the top ten(and when the Panthers take him I will LOL), but I highly doubt he does and think he will be avaliable then. I'd be upset, but live with the solace that I think he's gonna be a good player.

So let me ask this then

Who would you be upset with in the second round?

Me: Any RB really. Any dlinemen since I'm not impressed by most of them. I think that Kevin King and Jalen Tabor are overrated.

    Yeah.

    @-Truth-

Cam Robinson has overtaken James Harden on my personal hate scale.

I'm not even a Rockets fan but you can't hate on Harden bro, the dude is a beast.

I would take Trade our round1 and round2 pick to get One of Adams/Hooker. Players like that come around every decade. There isn't anybody we could get that we couldn't replace in next draft.  Much like Ed Reed, Adams and Hooker are irreplaceable players. Especially Adams. If Baker were 6'0 he would be in the conversation. However he is a fabulous player with one weakness.Man up on big WRs/TE. I'm not rough on smaller DBs. If you can play football you are a game changer. Reed wasn't that big. Not was Polamolu and Sanders. This is a  Loaded Defensive back draft!!

Players like Adams and Hooker come around every decade? Really bro...do you see all the great safeties in the league rn?

Walter Football has been doing prospect stock watches and they're pretty insightful. I'd recommend all to check them out.

Apparently most of the teams theyve talked to have Humphrey as the 2nd CB and some have him rated higher than Lattimore. A couple teams theyve spoken to have Humphrey in play for their pick in the Top 10. Theyre expecting him to go much higher than most expect.

Taco Charlton is another one where their sources are telling them he will almost definitely go in the 6-14 range... almost assuredly ahead of Barnett. Another surprise is that theyre hearing that Charles Harris is often seen as the 2nd pure edge rusher for 4-3 teams behind Garret (Solomon Thomas being classified as more of an interior rusher). Theyve heard hes in play for a quite a few mid-1st round teams.

Chidobe Awuzie is another thats really high on some boards and low 3rd on others... but some teams in the mid-1st to the 20's have him in the conversation for their pick.

And Reuben Foster is lower on a lot of boards than most would expect. Theyre reporting that up to half of the teams theyve talked to have Jarrad Davis as the 1st LB on their board.... with Foster very much a boom/bust prospect.

Of course some, most or all of this could be smoke screen, bad sources, or simply conjecture.... but i think draft day is going to be full of surprises.

    I cant waittttt

I get that the board changes in the 20s and that we need a better offensive line, but Bolles is a project. There are still likely to be other safer or more electric picks at 25, such as Jabrill Peppers, Tim Williams, Marlon Humphrey, Malik McDowell, etc.

I like Elflein and Witherspoon in their slots, but Anderson might be a reach. I do think however that he is a very underrated player and could be worth it in the second.

Neither Peppers nor McDowell are safe picks...not even Tim Williams is.

for me of all the players i mentioned jabrill peppers is my matt elam/perriman ''please no'' pick. Think The ravens know this and will pick him just to piss me off? It's so odd that i singled out elam and perriman before the drafts as my please for the love of talent NO and yet they got picked :/

You keep talking about Perriman as if he is a bust and its extremely annoying.

Literally there was an article cited in LFW this morning about how Joe flacco was voted the best round 1 qb in the last decade over various qbs including Matty ice and luck - if that isn't a clear enough example of evidence that these boards aren't isolated in not thinking flacco is terrible then I don't know what is

edit: just realised joeyflex saw the same article

I brought it up first <_<

Dude please don't bring Bayless into this. His whole game is saying something controversial to spark interest. I was referring to fans who are football fanatics. I deal with people from all over the country. And I haven't heard anybody that has Joe over Matt. I think it's pretty close but Matts accuracy and faster trigger where to go with throws gives him a slight edge. To be more blunt. I never heard a fan say Flacco is better than Matt. Most of the unbiased fans. And by unbiased I mean not a ravens fan and not a rival teams fan. Say " I know this may anger you, but Flacco is the best game manager". Meaning he isn't a QB you put the game on his shoulder. Of course I argue if he is in the right offense with Right players he will be a very prolific qb

You are telling me that the 2012 Super Bowl run wasn't because of Flaccos historic play? You're telling me that all those 4th quarter clutch drives he's had to put us in the lead (oftentimes for the defense to let the game slip away right after) aren't on his shoulders? When we win, it's because of Flacco dude. He may be inconsistent, but when he's on, you absolutely let Flacco carry the team.
