    No need for name calling.

It actually wasn't meant to seem rude, he said he was an idiot for thinking everyone disagreed with him, when actually many people agree with him in terms of Lamp being better. So he was only an idiot for calling himself an idiot.

just in case anyone hasnt seen it yet - lance zierlein has us getting juju in the 2nd and then getting basham and anderson in the 3rd (although carl lawson and tim williams were available at all of our picks and we dont take them)

Boi if we pass on Tim Williams - let alone more than once - I'm gonna get pissed.

no chance in hell ozzie doesnt take robinson if its between him and lamp.

Which is the opposite of what i'd do

which means I'm an idiot according to all this board.

No, you're just an idiot for saying that - many people on here think Lamp is better, including myself.

I'd grab Dalvin Cook if he's there. He could be our next Ray Rice. Then maybe trade to get another second and pick up Zay or JuJu. Or trade for Jordan Matthews/pick up Anquan after the draft. Just thinking out loud. I am worried about our pass rush though.

I don't want anything to do with Jordan Matthews honestly.

Favourite 2nd round picks, in order:

#47: Lawson, Williams, Lamp, Wilson, K.King

I don't think WR is a good value here. I don't see JuJu in the same category of the aforementioned guys and it might be a tad early for Zay and Kupp. Although, I wouldn't mind a great route runner and catcher like the latter one.

I think Zay and Juju at least will be off the board pretty early today.

I have to admit. Robinson in round two isn't a terrible pick. In round one I would have probably killed someone. Or have been "fed up with this world".

If we go Malik McDowell..... It'll be worse than Robinson. I don't get everyone's obsession with him. He sucks. Sorry.

He doesn't suck lol. He may end up being a lousy NFL player because he lacks the motor and passion, but honestly I think he is better than Jonathan Allen talent wise. But I wouldn't draft him, too much of a risk and we are in dire need of a safe pick in the 2nd.

Why? You won't find a better corner in FA. OL can be found in FA. I am excited about the pick. This gives the Ravens two tall corners on the outside to keep Young on the inside where he fits best, and then have a solid 4th corner in Carr.

Idk. Me being upset has nothing to do really with Humphrey personally, I think he will be a good player. I guess its stemming from:

    1. Getting so freaking close to Barnett and Hooker.

    2. I really never took in the possibility that we would take a CB in the 1st, nor did I want to, as the class is so deep and there were bigger needs.

    3. I have been against drafting a TE the whole time, but I wouldn't have passed on OJ for Humphrey. He would be just as valuable as having Mike Williams on the team. I might've even taken Lamp over Humphrey, but I can see why we didn't I guess.

Other than that, the board didn't fall as favorably as I thought it would, especially after the first few picks. And I'm assuming there were no potential trade backs we liked so we were kind of in a sucky spot - right in the middle where there is no great value picks. Ill get over it soon enough, and I hope Humphrey lights it up and we have the best secondary in the NFL. But for now I'm pissed at the Eagles.

    Short answer is... maybe.

What if in 3 years we're laughing about how completely the opposite this turned out to be? All conjecture at this point and based on what a bunch of analysts that miss like 50% of the time think.

I really do hope that is the case. But all we can do now is speculate. I hope Humphrey becomes the most dominate freaking CB in the NFL, ill gladly eat my words.

Has it occurred to anyone that this guy might actually be a good addition or is everyone just pissed that they weren't original enough to pick him in their mock? I can't help but think people are just pissed because nobody saw it coming.

The only reason I'm pissed is because the CB class is so freaking deep. We could've got a guy in the 3rd who can play nearly if not just as well.
