Look I am a Flacco fan, but an appreciation thread after this season I think is a little much. Also, he isn't going anywhere so why appreciate something that's going to remain here for the foreseeable future right now. Unless you know something I don't....

That's like saying Cowboys fans can't appreciate Zeke and Dak right now because they'll be there for a while. Doesn't make sense does it?

In a lot better position than last year. Granted we need to find a replacement for Steve and another edge rusher, but if we can find a new OC we should be very good next season. We need to sharpen up on the interior, find an OLB, and another corner(I'd go find two. One slot guy and some insurance for if/when Jimmy goes down). Honestly, WR is the least of my worries.

While the rest of y'all overreact we're not too far off.

Agreed, Im much more concerned with the lack of pass rush and adding another corner over WR.

Thinking about the draft and the possibilities i started wondering just how many decent players careers were wasted by being drafted by the Brows, Raiders and others over the years due to not being developed correctly. It is like a black hile. The browns have had the great positions for ever and where does all of the hopeful talent go ?

It is sad to think about

  4. Its almost physically impossible to hold a block as long as the Steelers linemen were to enable Bell to sit there and patiently pick which hole to go through. It's ridiculous that there was not a single holding call on them all game, I saw several. Also, idk why or how we had Mclellan in coverage in an obvious passing situation, which led to him being scored on. He's not a LB who I want covering a tight end one on one.

  5. Def need to draft OLB and CB in this draft. Our WR core puzzles me. Numerous times this season Joe has had no where to go with the ball because the WR aren't getting open. Why does it feel like we are the only ones that have this problem. On paper I feel like we have solid receivers but on the field they look like a bunch of scrubs. I say pick up a decent WR in FA, let Steve retire, and bump up Breshad to WR 1 and make him work his tail off to become what he's shown flashes of.

  6. I've never once cared about the pro bowl, but i found myself very angry when I found out Weddle didn't make the cut. That's ridiculous. I don't think the fans should have a say, it should be the experts, journalists etc that vote. It doesn't seem exactly fair when you have 50 million cowboys fans voting, I'm surprised the pro bowl doesn't solely consist of their entire roster.
